doctor gives injection to the baby n says that baby is having infection cos of the milk from ill goat. maasa begs doctor to save the kid. doctor tells maasa that she shld have known that a new born baby shld be given only mother's milk. doctor says to basant that he will try his best but few hours r very critical since the medicine is not showing any effect on the kid till now. doctor leaves n maasa starts cursing gehna. basant tells maasa not to curse gehna but pray god to make the baby allright.
anandi n jagya are praying to God and reciting the maha mrithunjaya matra. maasa is praying in front of devi maa to save the baby. Radha comes home n tells abt the baby being admitted in hospital and say that they have to go. RS tells that it happened cos the mother left the kid. It is their family's problem and they shldn't interfere. radha says that they r their relatives n so they shld be there at the time of need. RS shouts at radha n tells that since he is eldest in the house, radha shld listen to him n not argue. radha says that she respects him cos he is eldest in the house, but she will not agree with him if it is wrong. she goes to call madan singh. RS says that madan willl not listen. radha still calls. madan singh is at the godown n is very angry cos there are some probs there. When radha calls, he gets angry n tells her to call later n cuts the call. RS is happy that madan didn't agree but radha says that since madan is busy, she will go with shyam. She calls shyam n tells him to come home soon. Niranjan n gehna come to hospital. gehna starts crying n takes the baby. basant consoles her telling that now baby will be alright cos she is here.
maasa comes there n starts scolding gehna n tries to take the kid from her. basant tells maasa not to tell anything to gehna now. doctor comes n tells gehna to feed the baby and tells everyone to go outside so that gehna can spend time alone with the kid. shyam comes home. After learning abt everything, he calls basant. Basant tells that baby is better now cos gehna is back. He tells shyam not to tell suguna anything now cos she will be upset. Basant tells that he will call time to time. shyam says all these to radha n she n taiji are happy. tausa goes out angrily commenting abt shyam's sasra...
sumitra starts advicing gehna n tells her not to be stubborn for the sake of her kid n husband. she finally asks gehna to ask forgiveness from maasa.
