I was extremely disappointed and pissed when PC did this ad. She shouldn't have done it for sure. I had lost a bit of respect that I had for her. But then she did say in an interview that the ad sent out the wrong message. It was supposedly meant to bring a "pinkish" glow on your face. Still, for me that seemed like an excuse to the criticism she recieved. I think even she regretted doing it. It was kind of obvious from her expression when I saw the interview. Later, she clarified saying that she wouldn't endorse the product anymore.
I was glad that she stopped endorsing it and she did realize her mistake. I would probably lost all the respect for her if she had defended her actions, but she didn't.
You may think that being a PC fan, I am defending her and I am biased. But I just want to say that what PC did was very, very wrong.
