Eng Means :- look alike strangers or you can say Known strangers....which means the stranger whom we don't know but whenver we see them , we feel some connection that we somehow knows them...

The stranger whom our brains neglects to recognize but heart says it is known & belongs to own-self.....

Hope you got what i was trying to explain...still hv doubt...plz let me know...
