It's the way it sounds in Hindi, I think. like how french sounds super cool to some of us.. (who never speak it)

If u want to count how many Indian films copy other songs from other countries, u would never finish, they always copy.........

I like the original more, but another thing to keep in mind that the way that Indian film music is also more dynamic in sound as well as the quality of the playback singers does help. And sometimes the way they are picturized does help greatly too if you take that as a factor too. For example, I like most of Pritam's copies more than the original Peter Pan version of Kya Mujhe Pyaar Hai because I like the K.K.'s voice quality alot more.
Oh, and I'll be the lone voice of dissent and say that I like the original version better as well as that style of music a ton. That may be because I am not the hugest fan of Udit's voice except in more rustic types of songs.

i am not too fond of the original though.. but that's probably because i have had years of brainwash listening to the copied song.. lol..

Kully, your right, it's about the language also. For example there are tamil, telgu songs that are later copied into hindi songs. I love the hindi songs because of it's language, it's more soft tone in my opinion.
Faris: yeah it'll be a never ending list if I just write down all the copied songs...LOL
Dizzy: Your right, it might be the singer's great voice too and how they pictuarize the song.
Maru: Let's not talk about movies being a copy because most movies are a copy

i mean there is not just hindi song are copied there film to r copied not just songss!!!!bollywood just have to find there own ideea not to copyyyy!!!
