hey guys i m sorry i cud not update any sooner. i m not a regular updater so please dont get mad at me.
HEADS UP: it was a great epi. if u havent watched it.
well enuf of my talking and lets get started with the update. also, i did not see this epi first hand.i m writing this update after watching the epi. posted in the forum. so the credit goes to the original uploader.

The episode starts in the court, prashant asking the doc to tell him which report is the right one. The doc. tells the court that both the reports are right and court asks prashant what to do next. He suggests the court to get another doc and consult with him but he is afraid by now the person who was giving sudhanshu the wrong meds must have thrown them away. He suggest the court that besides ammaji and uma, sudha was also the one
who was giving him meds. Sudha's husband said she is out the town. The court ordered sudha to be present in the court next day. uma gets mad at prashant that y did he bring up sudha's name in the court but he says that sudha is important for this case.
Uma's MIL does not want sudha to go to court and she tells dushyant that she does not trust advocate prashant. They come home and hear sudha talking on phone. She told the person on line that she will reach court the next morning. umas MIL ask sudha that she will not go to court. She replied tah she said that prashant called her and its court order so she will have to go. Her MIL asks her that how come prashant has her phone number. She tells sudha that sambhav was right u met prashant in the hotel. sudha yelled and said yes. Her MIL told her that she will not go to court but she is adamant. Her MIL locked her inside the room and sudha bangs her head on the door and blood starts flowing from her forehead.
In the night uma and sudanshu talk and sudhanshu told her that she lied to her. She did not go to shopping she went to court. uma told him that she did not want to make him worry so that why she lied to him. He told her that they both are together in this. (very touching scene guys). There dushyant went to prashant rastogi and told him not to double cross him. dushyant ask him where did he get suhda's ph number. prashant turned his recorder on hidden in his pocket. dushyant threatens him of his power. prashant tells him that he will not double cross him and he tells him he also wants to make money and he will get nothing by supporting the truth. He assured him that he is fighting this case on his side only.
prashant gave dushyants money back and told him that he is still with him and he will fight for him. He told him he can this money back and give him after he is done with case. Dushyant said he trust him it is just that he got mad after hearing sudha talking to him. Advocate prashant convinced him that he is only gonna support him. dushyant left but his looks were saying that he was still unconvinced. In the morning at jadodia house sambhav told ammaji that dushyant will meet her in court. amma told sambhav to keep an
eye on sudha. But sambhav told her that if she wont take sudha with her then they might loose the case. sudha called uma and told her that ammaji locked her in the room and she wont be able to make it. uma and his family is shocked and think they might loose the case. munna went to jadodia house, they get warm with sambhav and ask him where sudha is. pooja threaten her and they hear sudha shouting, munna got hold of sambhav and uma's sister told munna to not hurt him because he is still her baby's father. pooja, sudha and uma's sis leave for court. munna stayed back in jadodia house to keep things in control. In court judge ask advocate prashant to proceed with his case. He kept sitting there and everybody keeps looking at him. Judge calls him name again and prashant says that sudha jajodia is still not here. uma's MIL tells judge that sudha is still out of town. But her hero said that she is till and town and Judge ask advo. prashant do u have proof that sudha is still in town. Judge ask adv. prashant that if sudha is not here does it means that they will not proceed with case. prashant tells the judge that he wants to call sudhanshu in the witness box since sudha is not here. Judge did not listen to this and in between sudha showed up in the court. jadodia family is stunned and MIL pretend to be nice with sudha and tell her not to go against them.
adv. prashant ask sudha the reason for being late and she tell the court that she was not allowed to come here. prashant ask sudha is it because of ur family and she says yes. prashant ask her y is she going against her husband and she tells court that she want to help uma. Then he asks sudha that y she and her husband does not have a relation with each other. Why her husband does not listen to anything she has to say and why he stays in five star hotels every night. She did not want to comment but then prashant instigate her to tell the truth to court.
Flashback: she told the court that because she wanted to marry sudhanshu 11 years back but sudhanshu did not like her. Everyone is stunned in the court. She continues that when dushyant found out that she was in love with sudhanshu their relation break apart. Uma had a disgusted look on her. She goes on telling tht whatever happened with sudhanshu is because of her. Flashback again: she said that she and dushyant were working in sudhanshu's office. She started loving him and told him about her feelings. But sudhanshu denied it saying tht he only have one aim in life to fulfill his father's wish. She did not know tht dushyant was in love with him and soon after that he proposed her. she said yes just so that after marrying dushyant she will be able to stay close to sudhanshu. When she told sudhanshu that she is marrying dushyant he got mad at her saying that she does not love him and is trapping him. He runs to tell dushyant everything and got in an accident.
Adv. prashant ask her how come nobody told uma about sudhanshu's mental health. She said she tried but uma did not listen to her. She said even ammaji did not even know about any of this. She realized her mistake one day and said sorry to sudhanshu but he did not listen to her. Now adv. prashant accused sudha for giving wrong meds to sudhanshu but she denies it. He said she was the one who was taking care of him all these years. She said its true that she was taking care of sudhanshu but all the meds were give by ammaji to her and she did not know anything about it. She also said that uma cannot give wrong meds to sudhanshu and she thinks it is ammaji.
But ammaji turned the tables by saying that she is ashamed that she trusted sudha and accused uma for giving wrong meds. uma looked at her in disbelief. ammaji keeps on saying that now she understand that from 11 years why nothing is working on sudhanshu. adv. prashant ask ammaji dont u think that u change ur belief and trust in nick of time. She kept accusing sudha the whole time and told judge that it is ur decision now. sudha kept sayin no that she did not do anything. advocate prashant tells the judge that the case has taken a drastic change and called dushyant in the witness box. he ask dushyant that do u think that watever ammaji is accusing sudha for is true. dushyant says he does not know exactly who is the culprit. adv. prashnat says do u know that due to ur statement
sudhaji can get sentenced to jail. sudha beg dushyant to side her for once and forget about amma. he was devastated but he did not utter another word against his mother. court send sudha in jail and fined dushyant and amma 50000rs each for making the fake report and freed uma from all the accusations. at home dushyant tells amma that she did not do right by sending sudha to jail. he said sudha was right that for ur own benefit u can go to any extent. they had a warm arguement and epi ends on ammaji's mad face.
