I think the scream was Sneha's scream. I think Bhavna had twins and so the nurses took them to separate their bodies. So, Sneha wasn't able to see the babies and so she screamed.

I know this sounds a little vague, but it's hard to predict the whole situation. Do you guys have any predictions?😛

well i do not know....but i predict that she must haf slipped or sth and something hit her head and she fell..lol i know itz weird but i haf no idea seriously...i m looking forward to tdy's episode~~~!!!!

I think Bhavna dies...See the prediction says the first member of this family, Bhavna is a member of the family and obviously as the mother she is the first family member to see the baby....As is the preview shows her being extremely still with head dropped slightly to one side (like when someone goes awa). Sneha will adopt the child, as is she once told bhavna that she would be like a mother to her child so it all fits

my prediction is that sneha saw the baby, held the baby and is hiding behind a curtain with the baby and screamed so the family would come in and find out that that prediction or whatever was false. I do kind of agree also with the prediction that bhavna dies, because she is pregnant in real life she needs to tend to her real baby, so they have to get her off the show some how. I think that the baby is a girl and therefore, manoj will have no problem giving her up to sneha. its wierd....i hope that doesnt happen and my own prediction comes true 😉
