It starts with a discussion between Manoj, Karan and Amar. Manoj says why Bapuji did this. As part of tradition women have always bent down to men, then why is he telling us to bend down to the women? Amar says " I don't know why you two left the hall but i left the hall because I disagreed with him as thats what i think he wanted us to do, like Pranav. Ma is listening to this, then she speaks, she asks them whether they have any clue about right and wrong. Amar replies saying that he believes Bapuji to be wrong. She says to them to do what they wish.
Alisha finishes her homework, but Bitu still needs to write an essay. Bapuji come down the stairs but is not seen. Amar comes and Bitu ask him for help on his essay. He says to write it like the person that wrote the Ramayan. Bapuji enters their father to son conversation, and questions Amar, "is that how you write an essay". Bapuji tells Bitu the story that he has to write the essay on. The story was something like a robber stealing, and killing people to get money for food for his family. Someone (can't remember the name) asks him whether what he did was right and does his family get part of his sins. He tells him to go ask his family and they say no. Bitu says he knows the story and will get an A+ for this essay.
The women are talking to each other. The say its international womens day. Jyoti, Bhavna and Sapna say that their husbands will hate Bapuji, as its the first time they are going against him. Sneha corrects them saying that they are angry at us not Bapuji. They plan to go and speak to Bapuji about their rights.
They go to his room. They thank him for his support as its the first time he had gone against the will of his sons. He says that there is no need to thank me but then he asks the real reason for which they came to speak to him. The women say that they they want the same amount of rights as their husbands. Or if that it is not possible then a opportunity to prove that we have the same ability as them. Bapuji stands up, he says that by seeing their ambition he would give them a chance.
The women leave the room but Parag was listening. He enters the room, Bapuji says to him to tell everyone that he will hold a meeting in the main hall tomorrow morning.
It moves to Karan and Sapna. He accuses her and the other women that they have made this mess. He asks her why they went to the Bapuji.
They show Amar and Jyoti, and Manoj and Bhavna having the same discussion.
Pranav is asking her why they had to go to Bapuji when they know that his brothers will not change. Sneha replies that this was going to happen sooner than later anyway.
Everyone is waiting for Bapuji in the main hall. Bapuji finally comes. He says that this is his final meeting. He say that he made this kasauti so that he could see if his sons could handle the family and business. He says he believes only men could handle it. However, he says he would give the women a chance. He says that in Shah Industries, there are two businesses, one Shah Automobiles and the other Shah Scooters. He gives the men the chance to handle Shah Automobiles and the women a chance to handle Shah Scooters. In one years time, the reports will come and if the women succeed then he would give them the same rights as the men. If they don't, things would be as they are now.
The episode ends on Bapuji's face.
