I some how feel that pranav and karan somehow resemble in their looks. Are they brothers or relatives in real life?

they look similar sometime sometimes but i donot think they are brothers in real

i dont think they look alike at all actually. sorry, i really dont see it. Maybe if karan lost the earring, it may make a more better comparison 😃
