june 26 and 27:

Vinod clarifies to Dilip that the suspense 50 k went for some material purchase and the receipt already sent to his table.Dilip takes out the receipt and apologises to Vinod. Vinod is happy. Dilip brings Vinod out and apologises to him again infront of all the staff- good gesture 👏

Periappa goes to Archana's house and informs them. Sivagami gets worked up, 'one day u decide one thing & second day something else, why should we listen to everything?' Periappa and Arch appa pacify her. Periappa invites them to bless the couple. Arch's father says the situation is still not amicable, so instead he would send Mrs and Mr Vinod. Periappa leaves.

Ram waits for Kavya and gives her some road side romeo talk and challenges what can a girl like her, do to him. She calmly asks him to hold her handbag. A confused Ram takes it and Kavya starts screaming for help(lesson taken from Nandhini? 😉 ). Ram gets dharma adi. What is this?- yet another serial where a character by the name Ram gets dharma adi. She doesnot want a police case and the dharma adi deliverers leave warning Ram not to repeat. Kavya, Vijayashanthi kanakka sodukku pottu Ram ai parthu ore kokkarippu.

Jayanthi and friend return from office and walking to the bus stop. They discuss about Arch - Selvam and Jayanthi is rejoicing.

Vinod is at home waiting for Jayanthi, she has not returned. Arch appa is waking up and down. Finally Vinod calls up Jayanthi and ask her to come to Selvam's place by auto immediately w/o telling her the reason. Jayanthi and friend discuss what can be the problem.

Vinod reaches Selvam's place and they all exchange pleasantries. Bhagyam again paanjufies about Sivagami and Mr not coming. Periappa silences Bhagyam. Jayanthi doesn't get an auto easily, finally one comes with Sinda in it. Jayanthi tells her problem. Sinda tells them to get in and asks to be dropped on the way.

Again some trying moments for Jayanthi when some bike fellow hits their auto. Oru vazhiya samaadhanam aagi , Jayanthi reaches Selvam's place. She has more shock awaiting when she is asked to alangaram pannify Arch. She tries saying something, but Vinod stops her and asks her to carry onwith the assignment. With smoke coming out of ears , nose and mouth, Jayanthi does alangaram for Arch and then goes for room decoration. Bhagyam comes there and says she is upset with Sinda for taking her to a fraud. Jayanthi manages saying her mother cudn't hv done wantedly. Bhagyam agrees. There is still some time left for 9 - 10.30pm 😆 😆 muhurtham, but Vinod and Jayanthi leave ( may be Sinda mommy gets time for some quick manipulation?gotta wait till monday 😉 )

june 30:

predictions are coming true.They remind us again that this is a serial and we cannot expect anything very soon- main characters thavira mathavanga ellarum varanga poranga pesaranga... 😳

Vinod and Jayanthi are ready to leave and Jayanthi continues to fume and says something in Arch's ear. They leave finally. Sinda calls Jayanthi repeatedly, but Jayanthi cuts the call everytime, cos Vinod is nearby. When Vinod asks Jayanthi says the call is for some credit card 😃 ( how true!! ivanga thollai thangave mudiyalai 😃 )

Sinda is worried. Back in Vinod's house-Jayanthi is restless on mottai madi adjoining their bedroom. Vinod goes down to leave the sleeping child with his parents. Jayanthi calls her mother and hurriedly shares the latest news. Sinda is shocked. Jayanthi cuts the call as Vinod is climbing back the stairs. Vinod asks her to bring milk - athanai dhooram keezhe ponavan kaiyoda paala kondu vara koodadho? paavam 'any time ready to drop' Ragaviyai keezhe anupanuma? 😕

She brings a glass of milk, he drinks and offers her the rest- veetula 2 glass illaiyo 😉 Vinod has happy plans for the two of them and wonders why she is silent and replies himself veccham? ( 😆 😆- ava mugathai partha appadiya irukku? )She feigns headache and lies down - rathiri enga thookam? porumi porumi pogai vida vendama? Vinod goes to sleep immediately.

Selvam's place - Selvam and Arch fall at Periappa's feet and then at Poonga-Bhagyam's feet. Selvam waits inside and Arch enters inside.
Selvam tells her he has been anxiously waiting for this day er night - specially to speak out his mind - he tells her he remembers her happiness when he tied the thaali, but the moment it was revealed he was a mechanic, the happiness had vanished from her face and till now he has searched for it in vain. He encourages her to speak her mind freely to him and she turns around like a low scale- bhadrakali - freeze

Jul 1st:

Archana compensated all her silence in this one episode and Selvam pottu thaakku thakku nu thaakitta - full hatred thrown on Selvam.

Selvam tells her about the letter and Jayanthi is aware of that, but she says there was no such letter and he is lying about that and there is no need to confirm with Jayanthi cos she is also part of the conspiracy. He says he felt sorry for her when she fell down unconscious after a vendudhal?? - she asks who is he to take pity on her. She says she had been illtreated and humiliated by her own sisters for being an illiterate,but she had kept quiet because her mother was on her side.Her mother had consoled her that she would get a padicha mappillai but Selvam had lied , cheated her and killed her aasai. And that he had told another lie saying Archana also knew about his qualification, which made her mom hate her. At one stage she stops saying 'neenga' it becomes 'nee'. She tells him that for the outside world, she would be the perfect wife, but with in the four walls of their room, they are indifferent individuals and tells him not to expect any thing else from her. She takes a pai and thalagani and lies down on thefloor. Selvam 'dhoppu' on the bed- toai...dai...do..doin...doin - soga tune BG😃.

Morning she gets up and leaves the room with the same alangaram - won't others get suspicious??? ennamo pongappa, yaarum ezhundukave illai pola irukku. Bhagyam asks her to give coffee to all and she goes inside her room to see Poonga singing to sonni darling who is still fast asleep. She gives him coffee and he gives her elani (oh indha vishayam enna? naan kelvi pattadhe illaiye, my m-in-law also laughed- she too didnot know anything about this 😳😆 )

July 2nd:

Archana is asking Rani to wake up Vasu and gives him tea..... the usual pudhu marumagal anbu rules and regulations....

Jayanthi calls up her mom when Vinod has gone for his bath (this is what Jayanthi says and I was hopefully looking at the open door focussed again and again trying to see a glimpse of a hiding Vinod ... pisupisuthu pocchu 😕 😃 ), she asks if Sinda cud do something with Arch-Sel? Sinda says she cudn't do anything at the last moment, but plans to kuttai kozhappify and meen pidichufy with the same astrologer in Bhagyam's veedu. Jayanthi keeps on cribbing and Sinda tells her if Archana had returned to her mother's place w/o living??!! with Selvam ( guess she meant virgin?? 😉 ) as a vaazhavetti, she cud hv got remarried, but now Sinda wud ensure that Arch becomes 'vazhnda' 😆vazhavetti (endha kaalathula irukkaanga theriyalai, but let me not criticize too much- ippodhaikku indha serial than konjam parava illaiya irukku 😳 ).Sinda says atleast something good has happened for Jayanthi out of this Selvam-Arch business, she must hv won over her husband, for which Jayanthi replies in the negative. Momma advises Jayanthi not to bring outside problems into her room.

Selvam is trying to squeeze toothpaste from a closed tube - flashes of previous night, Bhagyam teaches him to apply paste on the brush properly. Then Arch serves him idly - he keeps looking at her face with full sogam ( paarkave romba paavama irukku) and guess she also must hv been affected, cos she empties all the idlies on his plate, much to the amusement of Bhagyam and Rani. Poonga comes there shocked😃 - please keep idlies and chutney for us also . Vasu takes his plate to enjoy his idlies watching TV. But Arch insists he comes back , asking Selvam to call Vasu. Archana matha velaiyellam nallave seiyara.

Selvam gets ready to leave for the garage and Bhagyam says 'Archana kitta sollittu poda' - He looks at her- freeze

july 3:

Selvam looks up at Arch and says poittu varen, she even replies bathirama poittu vanga... the poor fellow 😃 She is keeping up her promise 😛. Selvam and Rani leave. Bhagyam is so happy to see Arch playing the good dil inside kitchen and Poonga says all credit should go to his seventh sense.

Nandini visits Sinda and gives her koil prasadham - saying Kadavul listens to the prayers of nallavanga and He has listened to Nandini's prayers. Nandini lets her know that it was her plan to keep Sinda in the dark. Challenges and counter... and Nandhini forcibly gives the kumkuma prasadham and leaves and Sinda throws it down.

Selvam at the shed and gets virtual!! slaps recalling Arch's outburst. His helper sings some Silk Smitha song much to Selvam's irritation. An auto driver well wisher & friend of Selvam comes to the shed and Selvam shares his agony with him at the tea shop. He says he said jus one lie to give Arch a vazhkai- but now Arch has no place for him in her heart and the thali is a burden for her. His friend consoles him that everything would turn out alright. Nandhini comes there and Selvam puts up a happy front. Nandini is pleased and she leaves. Selvam tells his friend , that Nandini is another well wisher , jus in the process of having a new life of her own and he does n't want to spoil that for her.

Poonga wonders how to earn a 'cutting' and is in the process of using the TV, when Bhagyam stops him jus in time. She asks him to bring Rani from the busstop. As he is about to leave, an auto stops in front of their house and we see a man. Poonga is excited and tells Bhagyam that a big tamazha is going to happen. Bhagyam looks outside angrily - freeze, may be this is Sinda

jul 4th:

Josiyar and Sinda get down from the auto and enter inside. Akka akka nu Poonga, anne anne nu Sinda - tamazh than. Bhagyam turns her face, Sinda runs behind her and tries to defend the josiyar. Aalaukku kathal and Arch comes out to welcome Sinda. Nee poma.. naanga pesikirome. she goes inside. The josiyar argues what ever he told about the dead person is true - turns out the victim was born to a servant in a bungalow( bungalow vaasam); he got his ancestral property of ottu veedu( sotthu anubavikaradhu), did an extra's role in a movie( kalai ulagathula irundhadhu) and was a ward councilor for a brief period( politics); the only mistake is committed is not checking the ayul balam of the person and then giving the predictions. Sinda has kozhuappified and thoondilled for meen and Bhagyam is shaken. Josiyar says what ever he said for Poonga also is true and as a parikaaram , before the coming raghu peyarchi, it should ensured Poonga doesn't get hurt and then they goto thirunallaar. Josiyar leaves. Sinda goes into kitchen and tells Arch that she had told Arch before not to enter the house, but now she says these people are very good and she is happy Arch has come back to live here and leaves with a villi smile.

Selvam comes home in the night and brings his usual polythene bag for Rani and money to amma; no flowers sweets for Arch. Bhagyam enquires about that and Selvam says he forgot. Bhagyam is surprised , but Arch comes to his rescue saying she didnot want flowers as it gave her headache.He looks up at her curious.

Dinner over and Arch goes into the room with milk. Selvam cannot understand how Arch is able to show different faces. She says it is very difficult for her also to be acting outside and again accuses him didn't u have no conscience when u told the lie about being an engr? soga BG.

Sivagami and husband waiting at the amman koil (same one?) for Arch and Selvam - vendudhal niraivettral. Husb tells wife - atleast now please treat mappillai properly. After a pause, Sivagami agrees. The hero heroine arrive and she realises its the same temple. Mother and daughter konjufy. They go to the praharam. Each one starts praying( muted😳).

july 7th:

Continuation of temple scene. Another round of silent polambal/vendudhals from each. Finally Arch gives ultimatum to Ambaal😃 - this is the last time I pray to you - finished, mudinjudhu, kalass.

The priest gives prasadham and says jodi porutham is good - Sivagami frowns. Priest asks Selvam to keep vagidu pottu. Selvam hesitates, but after encouragement from F-i-l , he keeps pottu. Sivagami continues to frown. Selvam and wife take leave.

Vasu gives his job application to Arch and asks her to pray and give it back to him. Ippo thane ambaal kitte savaal vittutu vandha? Adhukkula Archkku badhil savaal vandhacchu. Bhagyam is looking at all this - adapavi ennai vittutu anni pinnala poriya - kinda look.Arch says, give it to amma. Vasu keeps on insisting, Bhagyam also otthu oodifies and Arch forced to go inside pooja room. Bhagyam asks her to light the lamp. She obliges. When the other two pray, she simply takes the envelope back and gives it to him.Vasu thanks her.Arch goes inside. Bhagyam orankattufies her son, ' enna pudusa ange nool vidare?' Vasu clarifies, 'amma, eppadi nee 45 poun goldkku 8 adi road podariyo,unnoda kutti naanum adhukku than 16 adi podaren.' He says he may require bond money for the new job and now no one else but Arch to help. He says if he lands the job, he can help with Rani's marriage. Bhagyam is pleased. Poonga comes home after a 'cutting' and chases the 4 legged Bhagyam from the thinnai and they both converse - Poonga in tamil and Bhagyam barks language. Finally tired, 4 legged Bhagyam bites Poonga, who screams in pain. Wife Bhagyam and Vasu rush out. They both take him to the hospital while Arch watches them leave with worry.

Vinod is walking to bus stop - bike gone for maintenance. Dilipan offers him a ride in his car. Vinod is surprised to see a different, but very lovable face of Dilipan, outside the working hours. Vinod comments - Dilipan is like an anniyan - multi faceted. Dilipan builds a quick rapport with Vinod's daughter, whom they pick up from the school. The father daughter dropped at home and Dilipan promises to come another day. Sivagami enquires and the child narrates the car journey, icecream, doll etc. The child and the adults interaction inside the car was so natural 👏
Kavya comes out and finds out about Dilipan - romance BG - but I didn't find any dancing angels 😳 😃

july 8th:

'Victim' Poonga has a bandage on his leg and the 'Victor' dog is tied to a pillar nearby. Poonga groans in pain. Bhagyam, Rani and Arch come hearing his polambal. Bhagyam voices her concern - 'josiyar sonna madiriye aachu, ippo kaalile kadi, iniyavadhu josiyam solradhu nambuya.'
Selvam comes in and meaningful?( but cute 😉) exchange of glances between wife and hubby. Selvam wonders what happened to Poonga. Bhagyam gives the details. Selvam asks why the dog is inside - Bhagyam says they hv to look after the dog well for 24 days, else appakku edhavadhu aagum????? Selvam asks Rani to take the dog outside. Bhagyam reiterates the 'Shanthi Muhurtham -danger' to Poonga. Selvam begins with something like 'adhu nadandha thane' kinda of talk but manages with a 'appakku onnum nadakaadhu' and goes into his room.

Nandhini is handling practical session and in walks Anbu as a student. Nandhini's BP rises and she orders him out. Anbu is firm and her senior comes in hearing the commotion and pacifies Nandhini. Anbu promises not to cause any trouble for Nandhini. Nandhini is not convinced. The senior leaves and Anbu taunts her she is scared, now Nandhini has no other go other than proving she is not afraid 😆😆.

Revathi's parents hv come back from Delhi and they want her to send the car, but since the driver is on leave, she asks them to make their own arrangements. Her father being the most distilled kanjoos he is, decide to take the bus with the luggage and walks to the bus stop, with his whining wife tagging along. Vasu brings the water can and an angry Revathy goes to mottai madi to bring the dried clothes. She trips on the staircase and falls down unconscious. Vasu rushes to her side, but is unable to revive her, so he takes her in the car - hope it is to the hospital.

Selvam at garage - Archana brings lunch. Selvam is pleasantly shocked. His assistant is all praise for her and forces Selvam to have lunch immediately. Arch serves them both and she smiles at the assistant's jokes and Selvam looks happy. One look at her husband, she goes back to her wvowed stance 😃. Assistant says Selvam is lucky- Freeze on Selvam's slightly smiling face.

God it is time, someone said Archana that she is lucky to have someone like Selvam - am jus waiting for the tables to turn 😕.

july 9th:

Garage- Lunch spill over from yesterday. The assistant goes to wash hands. Selvam thanks Archana. Vedhalam marupadi murungamarathile -'romba aasaiyai valarthukaadhe... ungamma sonnadhala than saapadu konduvandhen' Sogam BG
The auto guy comes and introduces himself as Selvam's best friend from childhood. Invites them both for virundu at his place. He offers to drop her and enroute he paadifies Selvam pughazh -( only yesterday i was wishing for this.. but not too soon) he does it in the right spirit. He keeps repeating that cos Jayanthi pleaded with Selvam, he agreed to marry Arch. Arch keeps mum and just listens. She is taken aback to know that Selvam had confided even the intimate matters with friend. The friend says inspite of all his kashtams, Selvam had never uttered a single word against Arch and advises her to accept Selvam. She asks him to stop the auto with the pretext that she has to purchase grocery and walks away - Rathiri badrakaali aaradhukku matter ready😃

Vasu is on the uttharam beam fixing the ceiling fan. It appears he has lost his job- when he took Revathy to hospital, someone else took his water cans and the cart 😉 Mother and Vasu argue and Poonga sides with his son... damaal - the cutting player falls directly on Poonga's vazhukkai mandai and he is injured. They take him to hospital.

Sivagami and husband leaving for Madurai for a relative's marriage. Jayanthi is not back from office - vinod says officela auditing ( but we know the reason right - she has gone for offloading!😳 )Sivagami leaves giving 101 instructions to Kavya and Priya.

Selvam comes home and gives the cover to Rani. He hears a moaning and finds Poonga with a head bandage. He finds out what happened to Poonga. He also comes to know how the hero act of Vasu cost him his job. Bhagyam cries and Selvam consoles her - vera velai kidaikkum, idhukellam azhuvaangala? She says she is upset because the predictions of the astrologer are coming true one after the other. Selvam glances at Archana and tells his mother firmly - nothing will happen to appa. Some funny interactions between Vasu and Poonga. Archana is very thoughtful - freeze

Let us not get our hopes high - marupadi rathiri pattaasu and more soga BG

july 10th:

Bhadrakali seekirame malai eritta - jus few minutes of kaattu kathal and off to sleep. Another surprising thing is Selvam mutters something 👏 👏 - aha aiyakku konjam konjama porumai poradhu theriyudhu 😆 😆. So madam enters the room and says she needs to say something - Selvam mutters - adhan netthe ellam solli mudichitiye.. innum enna? Then she talks about Siva and the auto trip and keeps saying how punidham is husband - wife relationship - hope she realises what she says cos she is supposed to be somekinda of a copassenger. She says Selvam has no right to say anything about her to Siva and goes off to sleep. Soga BG and i guess there is a permanent camera in that room - adhe angle.

Vasu is returning from interview - no success. Revathy's father sees him and thanks him for saving Revathy. Vasu says he has lost the job and the father asks him to be the car driver ( so who predicted that here? let me go back and read the posts again) for Rs. 3050. He says he would give tea coffee and sambar if Vasu can bring plain rice 😃. Vasu accepts the offer for the 'treasure' by the name Revathy.

Vinod at office and he receives a call from an anxious Priya asking him to rush home immediately. Vinod seeks 1/2 day leave, but Dilipan gives him permission looking at his 'padhattamana' state. He rushes home, Priya is crying in the hall and Kavya is flooding the bed room. udane oru flashback - we see Kavya shopping and Ram and a guy enters. The guy puts a red purse into Kavya's handbag. Then a third person - a lady obviously another kootali of Ram complains to the manager she lost her purse. Manager is forced to check the bags of all the customers and it is found from Kavya's bag. Freeze on Kavya's 'avamanapatta' face.
