I'm posting a comment for the first time. I have been a silent reader for a while.

I am totally unhappy about how Selvam is reacting, I haven't a clue why the director is making the story go in this direction. I feel sorry for Archu.

That's true. He does not deserve Archana for a wife, is she his servant or what. I hope there's no lame reason for all this behavior.

Selvam is either at the North pole or at the South pole, there is no balance in his character at all.

Does anyone feel like Selvam deserves any sympathy after this treatment of Archana? I don't feel sorry for him after today.

What does this Selvam think..that his massive sized ego will pay the hospital bills for both the pregnant ladies.. some one needs to make money and Archana is doing it. You or your family earning it is much better than borrowing...
