LOOKS LIKE WE ARE BACK TO THE SAME MERRY-GO-ROUND: IT IS RAM'S TURN TO GET KASTHURI ARRESTED FOR REKHA'S ATTACK. WONDER HOW LONG THIS WILL GO ON..............................................

Amirtha who passes by in an auto sees Rekha and takes her to the hospital. After admitting her, she calls Radha and informs her. Radha and Ram comes to the hospital and cries. Amirtha consoles her. The nusrse tells them to go outside and wait while the doctor checks Rekha. Outside Ram tells Radha that it was Kasthuri who paid men to attack Rekha. Amirtha is shocked and Radha agrees with him. Ram wantst to report to the Commissioner that Kasthuri attacked Rekha and leaves. After Ramleaves Amirtha tells Radha Kasthuri could not have done anything to Rekha as she loves Rekha. Radha says she is not able to believe anyone these days as everyone is only after money. Amirtha calls and tells Kasthuri about the incident. Kasthuri and Thiru get ready to go to the hospital but the police come there and take Kasthuri to the station to be questioned. Thiru objects but Kasthuri says it is okay because she knows she is innocent and she knows why Ram is doing that to her. Kasthuri follows the police to the station.

Radha feeds Rekha some juice. Ram and Jothi come visiting. Jothi asks how Rekha is doing. Radha cries that Rekha never did anything to anyone but everything bad happens to her. Ram says the police are looking for the goodas and when they find them, everyone will know that Kasthuri is the culprit. Ram says Kasthuri does not like Ram and Rekha getting together and had tried to talk to Rekha and then blackmailed him. This is why Kasthuri had hired some men to beat up Rekha. Rekha just keeps quiet. Kasthuri is being questioned by the police. Kasthuri denies any wrong doing. The police tells Kasthuri they will have to retain her until the investigation is over. Ganesh, Amitha and an attorney arrive and ask the inspector to release Kasthuri but she refuses. Finally Amirtha and Ganesh meet Kasturi and tell her they have an attorney to post bail. Kasthuri tells them not to worry as she is not being arrested only questioned and asks them to go back.

The goodas are playing cards under a tree. Police jeep stops there and arrests the Goondas and take them to the station. (Looks likeit is time for Kasthuri's second term in jail!). The police beat the men up and asks why they tried to kill Rekha. The men tell them to say the same thing in court. The goondas are taken to court. One of hte goondas phone rings and the policeman gives the phone to the goondas. At thecourt the men says it was Neelameham who had paid them to beat up Rekha and Kasthuri has no connection to it. Kasthuri is released and comes home but looks very sad. Thiru asks what is wrong. Kasthuri says at the police station, the men had told that Kasthuri was the one who paid them to beat Rekha up but when they went to court, they changed and said that it was Neelameham. Thiru laughs and says it was him who did it. THODARUM.

Mar 3(Tues):

Thiru tells Kasthuri how he had gone to the goonda's house and held the man's wife and kids at gun point and threatened him. He says he found out that Neelameham hired the men. Kasthuri says Neelameham has no connection with Rekha and why should he do this. Thiru explains that Neelameham and Soma are friends adn it was Soma who had asked Neelameham to assist him in framing Kasthuri for Rekha's attack. Thiru says Soma is taking revenge because she had sent him to jail for Annamalai's murder. Kasthuri wants to visit Rekha but Thiru tells her not to for the time being. Kasthuri calls Ganesh and asks him if he visited Rekha but Ganesh said he hasn't but Ram informed him that she would be discharged soon. Thiru gets a call from Singapore saying his FIL has been admitted to the hospital due to heart attack. Thiru tells Kasthuri about it and wants to leave for Singapore soonest.

Neelameham is warking in his factory and asks his workers if everything is okay. He comes to Bharath and asks if he is comfortable with the job. He gets a phone call from Soma and as the line is not clear goes out to talk. Hearing Kasthuri's name, Bharath follows and listens to the conversation. Soma tells Neelameham about the men admitting to Neelameham hiring them and that Kasthuri has nothing to do with it. Soma warns Neelameham the police will be there soont o arrest him. Neelameham tries to leave but the police arrive and take him with them. Ont he way, Neelameham pretends to have chest pains but inspector tells him he knows about this drama and that he will take him to the hospital after they have gone to court.

Neelameham is brought to the court and then take him to the hospital and get him admitted. Neelameham and Soma meet and talk some more about how to get Kasthuri and Ram into trouble. Kasthuri and Kavya want to go shopping as it is a school holiday. While they are talking, Radha arrives and warns Kasthuri not to interfere in her daughter's life. She says she has Thiru and why not Rekha and Ram get back together. She tells Kasthuri if she tries anything more, she will have to face a different Radha and leaves. This Radha never gives Thiru or Kasthuri the opportunity to say anything. Kasthuri is upset but Thiru tells her not to worry as Radha is speaking in anger.

Ganesh is at home and his cell rings. Ganesh picks up and sees a new number and wonders who it is. He answers and it is Bharath. THODARUM.

Bharath calls Ganesh and asks him if Kasthuri is having problems. Ganesh tells him about Rekha being attacked and Kasthuri accused of it, but now everything is solved. Ganesh asks where Bharath is and Bharath tells him he is working in a factory on weekly wages. Ganesh wants to give his tel no. to Kasthuri and ask her to talk to him but Bharath refuses and hangs up.

Kasthuri receives call from Singapore informing her of Thiru's FIL dying in the hospital. She informs Thiru who is totally shocked and tells Thiru to make plans to go back to Singapore.

Soma, Bala and Ram meet. Soma tells Ram to be careful as his father is supportinng Kasthuri and this could get Ram into trouble. He tells Ram to take Kasthuri to court for marrying Thiru when she is still married to him. If possible they can bring Kavya as witness and either way, will put Kasthuri in trouble. Ram agrees and is very happy with this and tells Soma he will definitely go ahead with their plan.

Ram and Kasthuri meets and Ram tells Kasthuri he is taking her to court and that either way it will be trouble for Kasthuri and Kavya. Kasthuri tell s Ram that he will not win all the time but Ram laughs and says it is his time and for her to take care and leaves. Ram goes to visit Rekha who is resting at home and both start talking. THODARUM.

March 9 (Mon):

Court case continues. Prosecutor says Kasthuri went Singapore for face transplant and after treatment. married Thiru there. She then came back to India to avenge Ram. He then asks the judge permission to question Kavya. Kasthuri's attorney tells the court she is admitted to the hospital. He then says, they can go to the hospital to question her. Finally they ask about Kasthuri's passport. Kasthuri says she only found out her passport was missing that morning. Prosecutor says Kasthuri is lying. Just then, Thiru enters the court and introduces himself.

Thiru explains about his wife's face being transplated to Kasthuri's face. He says the photographs they are looking at is him with his wife Simi taken in Singapore. Thiru then says he took Kasthuri's passport to Singapore to use it at the Indian embassy to get documentations that Kasthuri had forgotten the last time. Thiru submits all the documents to the court. Thiru also informs them that Kavya ia a heart patient who does not know her mother is dead and thinks that Kasthuri is her mother. Kasthuri too treats Kavya as her daughter and some people who don't realize these are trying to use Kavya against her. After listening to the explanation, Judge rules that Kasthuri is innocent and tells them the case against her is dismissed. Prosecutor asks about the wealth case and Judge says it will he heard on Wednesday and for the prosecutor to have enough evidence and not to waste the court's time. Ram and Bala disappointed and leave. Kasthuri thanks Thiru and both leave the court happy. Balu reports to Soma and Neelamegam about Ram losing the case. Soma says he did not know about Kavya or he would have made a move in her direction. He asks Balu to find Sorna (the lady who poured acid on Kasthuri in jail) and ask her to come see him.

Rekha returns home and asks if Santhosh is back froms chool. Radha tells her he will return soon. Radha asks if she went to the court and Rekha replies why should she go when it does not concen her. Radha asks what happened and Rekha informs her that her maapillao lost the case as Thiru came at the last minute and saved Kasthuri with all documents. Radha says Ram was very confident he will win the case and Rekha answers how can Ram win when he does not have any evidence or proof. Radha tells Rekha to find another house for thani kudithanam. Rekha refuses saying if Ram wants to live with her it has to be in the same house with Radha and that she will not have it any other way and leaves.

Thiru comes downstairs and Kasthuri brings Kavya back from the hospital. Thiru asks Kavya to go change first and after she goes inside, thanks Kasthuri for saving Kavya the second time around. Kasthuri says it he who needs to be thanked. Thiru tells Kashturi, he does not feel Ram is intelligent enough to make such moves on Kasthuri and Kavya. He says there must me someone who is instigating Ram and they must find out who it is. He also says they need to be extra careful with Kavya as there may be danger lurking. Kasthuri says she will not allow anything happen to Kavya and she will guard her with her life. THODARUM.

March 10 (Tues):

Kasthuri meets Ram and asks him to settle out of court but he refuses saying he wants everything done legally and only then Kasthuri cannot get the wealth back. Kasthur says she is not interested in the wealth and to proof that she has already handed everything to him. Ram refuses and tells her he will meet her in court at leaves.

Everyone at Bharath's home is sleeping. A fortune teller stops at his house and says a baby will arrive at the house soon. Mangi wakes up and so does JAyanthi. Jayanthi goes to the back and starts to throw up. Sindha wakes up and goes looking for Jayanthi and asks her what she is doing and she tells her mother she had to use the restroom. Mother tells Jayanthi to go back to sleep. Mangai smiles and goes to sleep but Jayanthi is all worried and unable to sleep.

Next morning Mangai and mother are preparing breakfast. Mangai asks where Jayanthi is and her mother tells her she must be in her room. Jayanthi is in her room having flashbacks going around with a guy (all in negatives) .Mangai goes in and sees Jayanthi sitting down really sad. She asks her sister what is wrong. Jayanthi says she has a headache. Jayanthi then tells her sister and mother she wants to go visit her friends about looking for a job. Mother tells her not to at first but somehow Jayanthi gets permission and leaves.

Ram tells his mother about the court case and that surely they will win this time. Jothi tries to reason with Ram by telling him to settle out of court but Ram refuses. Ram says in the previous case, Thiru came at the last minute and safe Kasthuri but this time no one will. He says no one knows where his father is and he can't come. He wants his mother to come to court and vouch for him and if she doesn't he will commit suicide. Jothi tells him not to talk like that but Ram insists. THODARUM.

March 11 (Wed):

Continues from yesterday, Ram tells him mother to go to court and talk on his side. Jothi has no choice and says she will.

Mangai tells Bharath about the fortune teller and Bharath laughs. He says there is no place for a baby right now as their life is still not properly settled and a baby would be a burden. Mangai says if everyone thinks like that, then no body will want a baby. While talking, Bharath tells Mangai he knows about her working at a garments factory and asks her why she needs to work as he is already working. Mangai says she wants to help with the family expenses and will stop once Jayanthi gets a job and Bharath gets a better job.

Jayanthi meets her boyfriend, Thiagu and tells him she is worried about being pregnant. She tells him about how much her mother and sister trust her and they would not bear it if they found out about her. Thiagu suggest they go see a doctor but Jayanthi is afraid that the doctor might confirm her suspicion but Thiagu says there is no other way but to check up and then decide what to do.

The court case begins. Ram is called to the stand and he tells how Kasthuri had cheated his father and took all their wealth. The wealth rightfully belongs to him and his mother. Prosecutor tells the judge how Kasthuri had used Masil to take away the wealth from Masil. Kasthuri's attorney says it is not so and explains how Masil had given Kasthuri education and used his money to set up an IT company for Kasthuri and she inturn had worked hard to make it a success and multiplied the wealth. Ram's attorney says Masil is not of sound mind when he gave the wealth and has a doctor's certificate to proof it. He continues saying that Masil doesn't know what he is doing. Kasthuri and Ganesh are shocked at this. Jothi is shocked and gets up and wants to speak. She goes to the stand and tells thejudge that her husband is a very kind and generous person and is of sound mind. She tells the judge that she had come ther to be Ram's witness but cannot bear to hear wrongful accusations on her husband. She says Masil gave Kasthuri the wealth himself. Ram's attorney and Kasthuri's attorney talk against each other.

Suddenlywe hear Masil's voice. Ram and everyone is shocked. THODARUM.

Mar 12 (Thurs):

Masil enters the court and introduces himself. He tells the court he just had heart surgery. He tells the court how Ram had blackmailed Kasthuri to give all the wealth documents if she wants him to sign the papers for his surgery. He says all the wealth is his andhe gave it to Kasthuri because he wanted her to have a good life after being cheated by Ram.

Ram tells the court that his father was in sound mind before Kasthuri entered their house but later when he found out Kasthuri's infidellity, he became sick and mentally disturbed. Vishvanathan gets angry and shouts and tries to beat Ram. Judge asks him to take the stand if he has something to say. Vishvanathan tells the court how Ram married Kasthuri, cheated and mistreated her.

After listening to evverything, the court rules in Kasthuri's favor and tells Ram to return all the wealth back to her. The judge also rules if Kasthuri has any complaints against Ram, the law should check and investigate. Ram loses his case again.

Jayanthi meets her boyfriend Thiagu and he tellsher he needs to go somewhere for work and will be back in a week. Jayanthi is worried by he convinces her not to as he would be back and go to her house when he gets back. Kasthuri and Amirtha are at the temple. Amirtha tells Kasthuri that she received call from Vishvanathan on the day they were going to the court for the first case. She went there and was talkingto Vishvanathan when Masil heard everything and askedtobe taken to court and hence he was there in time. Kasthuri prays to God to give Masil long and healthy life.

Jothi crying in her house. Ram goes to her and asks her why she is crying, Jothi tells him off for saying Masil is mentally ill. Ram says he ddid not say anything but the attorney did. Ram says he would have won the case only if Jothi had kept quiet. Jothi turns and looks at him. THODARUM.

Update for 13th March

i dont know if anyone has been assigned to post the updates for 13th March. I just thought i could do. Hope its ok.😊

Jothi scolds Ram for letting the lawyer say Masil is mentally affected and wants to leave Ram and go to Masil. (At last some sense has prevailed on her). She asks Ram to respect elders and defends Masil saying that he dint defend Kasturi but only stood for justice.

Jayanthi, Mangai's sister is seen tearing off sheets from the daily calander far ahead of the date and her mother asks her why. Mangai also comes in and Jayanthi says 10th is an important date in her life and then samalichifies that it is her degree results. Bharat asks her what she wants to do after results and Jayanthi says she wants to get married much to the surprise of her mother who wonders why she doesnt want to take up a job. However Jayanthi's mum is confident her daughters will not take the wrong path in life.
Jayanthi is seen talking to her lover's picture which is kept in a book and tells him(photo) that she will not live after 10th if he doesn' t come on that day.

Viswanathan phones Amirtha and enquires about Masil's health. Jothi comes there and V turns his head. Jothi asks him why he turned his head and wont he invite her in, V says the one who should, is not here. She finds out that Masil is in hospital as the doctors have advised. Jothi wants to see him but V refuses to divulge the hospital address. He says that she had forgotten Masil all these days and now she should not disturb Masil as he is unwell. Jothi agrees she made mistakes but V is not willing to let her know where Masil is. Jothi says she doesnt need V's permisson to see her husband and she goes away saying she will find out on her own..

V phones amirtha and tells her not to let Jothi see Masil as it will affect his health. Jothi comes to the hospital and meets Amirtha who stops her from seeing Masil. Amirtha says there is nothing wrong with him and jothi is worried and wonders why he is in the ICU if there is nothing wrong.

First, thank you Sharavathi for updating Friday's episode. Appreciate your help.

Now for today's update:

Sindha serving dinner for Mangai and Bharath. Jayanthi comes back from the temple and when asked to join them, she declines saying she is fasting for pradosham. Mangai is surprised at the change in Jayanthi. Jayanthi just keeps quiet and walks in. Jothi at the temple praying for her husbands speedy recovery and repenting for not taking care of her husband. After praying she sits down for a while and falls asleep. The Gurukkal closes the temple and comes out to see Jothi asleep on the stepls. He wakes her up and tells her to go home and come back the next morning for prayers.

Jothi walks and walks and finally sits down under a tree by the road. Amirtha coming in an auto sees her and stops. She asks Jothi why she is there and not at home. Jothi tells her she has no where to go and Amirtha did not allow her to see her husband at the hospital. Amirtha explains that it is not wise to visit someone in ICU and that Masil will be transferred to a normal wad in two days and no one would stop Jothi from visiting her husband. Amirtha then takes Jothi to go eat something and says wills end her to her son's house.

Bharath takes Jayanthi on the bicycle (on the back) and after a distance the tire seems to have lost some air and they get down. Jayanthi says she will walk to the bus-stop but Bharath says is is far and asks her to sit a the front. Jayanthi hesitates at first but complies. While they are riding, two ladies, Sindha's neighbors sees them and start talking about how no one can be trusted. They then decide to tell Mangai about this after their house work and leave.

Kasthuri is pushing Masil in his wheelchair around the hospital compound (I think). Masil tells Kasthuri to stop as she has been pushing his wheel car for some time. Kasthuri tells Masil it is okay. Masil tells how his son has call him senile and even his wife agreed to that. Kasthuri corrects him saying Jothi did not agree to Ram in court and had stood up defending Masil. She tells Masil how much Jothi loves him. Masil says if that is so, why isn't she there now. Kasthuri explains that Jothi wants to see him but is afraid of what Masil would say. Masil tells Kasthuri it is better for Jothi to stay with her son. Kasthuri tells him when Jothi comes, he should be nice to her. Masil just keeps quiet and looks at Kasthuri. Kasthuri decides to go bring Jothi from Ram's house. THODARUM.
