I was watching S1 DE scenes this morning, i loved their relationship in season1, they were such close friends.

N wen Isobel said - 'He loves you' < To elena, wen Damon was right beside them.

Jot: I think its a good thing in a way. because it sort of redeemed him, and showed that his love his pure...actually on the blog i posted this great review from watchtower that explains it really well...you could check it out. : )
But i loved that scene

I think it would give Elena a burden...and would make their relationship more strained...we were talking earlier that now its Elena's turn to start having feelings...
