okay, first things first - things I need to get off my chest. I had actually imagined a cast given the descriptions of the characters in the books. heh. or at least, some of them.

Elena - Dianna Agron (she's gorgeous!)
Bonnie - I rather think Karen Gillan is perfect, she's even Scottish - and got this sort of innocent air around here.
Damon - Ian may be perfect, but Damon's supposed to be shorter than Stefan. It was my one grouse with things. haha.
Stefan - okay, I'm not sure anyone can do it better than Paul (again though, supposed to be taller than Damon!)

I read somewhere that in this season or by season 3 they will be introducing Meredith's character into the show. Now in the books she was the reason why they were able to defeat Klaus (because her gramps knew from his attack) in the show John Gilbert is the reason who knows to defeat/kill an Original/Old one. So I was thinking how will they introduce her and I came up with his theory. How about instead of having her gramps be the one attacked by Klaus what if Klaus was that grandpa? A great great great times infinty one? How cool? I mean yeah they can have her track down Klaus because of the same reason as the books but I like my theory for some reason, it intrigues me because they can do so much with that SL.

As for love interest and stuff because you know this is always a issue when characters come in, I was thinking of her and Matt. now here me out. I hate triangles/quadangles as much as everyone here if not more trust me. But if they are really set on TC they should have MM. I mean if MB arent ever happening on the show (due to JB) might as well have MM. TC weer canon but since JB weren't that gives me hope for MM. I dunno I just want the guy to be happy too. If they do them right I would love love this. What do you guys think about all this?
