See Jaan... I think they're just really good friends... You can't fall in love so quickly... Know what I mean? And I haven't seen the recent (American) epi's so I may be totally wrong but if he does fall/thinks he's fallen in love with Elena won't it be because she looks like Katherine? 😕...

Like even now (over here), after he realises Katherine didn't bother looking for him after escaping he thinks that Isobel came to him (maybe) because of Katherine... What I'm saying or trying to 😆... Is that... He was so obssessed/in love with Katherine how can he forget her so quickly? Isn't it possible that he's trying to find/look for the love he never got from Katherine (from/)in Elena?

I may be totally wrong here 😆... I'm not starting a fight or anything... Just my opinion... Correct me if I'm wrong 😛...

Am I making sense? 😆...

@Bhav... You and me both 😆... It's like hotness overload already with Paul/Ian both in the show (and SO many others) but both of them shirtless?! 😲... *thud*... 😆...

Totally agree with your Ian comment btw... I don't think anyone would've/could've played Damon better

Actually I totally agree! I've only reached the epi where Damon harrasses Caroline and Bonnie to get the necklace back, but even then it seems as if Damon is still obsessed with Katherine. Like, he just can't seem to - or refuses to - move on from Katherine, which probably explains his psychopath...ness...(you'd think I'd be more articulate, for an English major. *sighs and shakes head*)

@ Nayab: Totally! That was why I wanted to know Damon-Katherine-Stefan's story...Honestly, Damon just seems really obsessed with Katherine. Nonetheless, I still like DamonBonnie 😃

~Nayab- Hey, No fights yaar. Just healthy discussions. I think that he's falling for her...as far as love is concerned. I don't even see how Stephan and Elena are in love...love takes more time than that. Sure they had an emotional connections or whatever but...you know? It just takes more time.

As for Bamon. I think that maybe because you guys read the books you like them. Which is obviously totally fine. But from the TV perspective I just don't see it.

So basically.Every relationship needs more time before I can say which one is "real love"...i hope I made sense.

Wow this works out perfect I guess then. Nay and Bhav and split Steven (Jer) however you guys want and I get Paul. Sweeeeeeet.

The story on how they turned in the vamps will be a shocker to you guys, BTW not like the books Bhav, but interesting... although I prefered the book one more.

Eckkkks agree on Damon convo. Ian is goreous and no one could have protreyed Damon any better than Ian. He was meant to play this role.

You guys will deff have to see more recent epi for Damon liking/loving Katherine/Elena. It was attraction of Katherine that pulled him towards Elena. But his attitude is completety diff. He changes a total 306 around her (which isn't my fave part of Damon, because he's too soft and very un-Damon like from my POV) and honestly cares. But he doesn't love either. Katherine's never been love, just obsession and Elena, well the triangle will soon start.

Which brings me back to your comment Bhav and what I stated earlier. I've noticed when Damon's around Bonnie he gets his snarky-ness back which I adore so much. He gives her this special grin (which is cute as the soft one he gives Elena, but this one drives me wild cuz it's his pyschopathy-ness). But you're right Jaan about them not being anything. They weren't a thing till book 2, and even then it was a rare situation. All that happened was a kiss and some other stuff. So we won't see Bamon yet till season 2 possibly 3 depending on what they plan to do with the show. So I could see why just don't see Bamon; because they're nothing yet on the show. Yet they are hinting tiny things, which makes me happy, because we're spoiled as Bamon fans since we don't ness. need Bamon yet.

& SE disappointed me as well. They pulled a Twilight over us. Not happy. Hopefully once the Damon/Elena thing is done (first round) and she goes back to Stefan, they make them fall for each other right.

ETA: The poster is perfect because that describes DE not love. They're drawn and want to be.

~Dhruvi: I think that I really haven't seen any Bamon scenes to comment on them. But I do think that Damon and Elena are building a relationship on the show. its one that is going to move slowly, but its moving. The quickness of Stelena bothers me. "Oh we're soulmates"- How can you tell that from like maybe two months? Thats my only problem.
As for Bamon- I think that they would be a great opition in the future. And I'm definitely not opposed. I'm just indifferent.

And I thought I had Steven all to myself. *pouts* 😆

Anyway, yeah, Stelena in the show are totally not as amazing as they were in the books, because there was definitely a lot more build-up in the books and they definitely were not as OMG-love-at-first-sight as in the show. The books definitely spoiled us, in Stelena as well as in Bamon, and maybe that's one of the pitfalls of reading the books before watching the show. 😆
