Secondly, My thoughts.
She had no problems being 'one of the Buddies' & later 'KD's girlfriend'. Who was Kiya Gujral? She was a teenage popstar. Who was Kiya? She was one & both of the above mentioned in single quotes. Kiya has never taken decisions, it's always someone who has shown her what way to go & she has followed it. They weren't her own choices. Something which saddened me greatly as a fan of Kiya.
^^^ Rightly put. The thing that irked my the most is that Kiya hardly received any character development.She was the one who used to crave for a separate identity of her and not just being in the shadow of her sister's fame. This was shown very well initially and later it just got lost somewhere. When she go into relationship with KD her character got something near to intolerable for me. And the later part of it, well know.
This track, however, is bringing out the individuality of Kiya. For once, she is sticking to her own decisions and not just being a puppet. I loved the way she took up the initiative of befriending Harsh and also took up the responsibility. And the way she she fired on Harsh on the BB court, now thats the Kiya we knew. Who hates to be treated like a possession and will fire up at someone who thinks so. I hope this gets handled well till the end of the track as well.
Agree agree & agree!!! You are no stranger to my Kiya rants 😆 Ever since this relationship, & even some time before that I've been yearning for Kiya to be an individual in SOME way! She in fact was one character who had been introduced as thirsting for an identity of her own, & the fact that the drive & need to do so disappeared didn't sit well with me at all. Either Kiya was the Ki in KiSha, or she was a plot device for KD's tracks. So I love how she is taking the initiative, not backing down, as well as retaining her sensibility & diva-ness in asking Harsh to back off when necessary.
Though when he got to the point where he said, "Woh toh bewakoof hai, but tu toh samajhdaar hai na" I was taken aback at how little KD believes of Kiya's sensibilities. He trusted Ranveer to take the right decision, but Kiya had to take the wrong one 😳
^^^ Honestly, that particular comment of him got on my nerves. 😳Like you said, concern theek hain. But its really ridiculous that his trust in her is as less as this. 🤔He is really acting over possessive. One of his biggest flaws that needs looking into.
I love KD, but that super irked me. Its not that he thinks ki he is the only one who can make the right decisions, its that KIYA can't make ANY. If Ranveer goes with Kiya, toh it'll be alright because HE would do what was right...unlike Kiya. 😳 Thats's the exact mindset that he portrayed & I do hope it changes SOON!!!!
JJ said - "His anger will kill him". AND THAT IS WHY I LOVE THIS MAN! What he said was bang on! When KD gets angry, it starts to control him & its like all his actions are driven by anger & ego, rather than this mind. Which could be dabgerous, no fatal for him. This is the second time he has become defensive against Ranveer, because of his anger. Again I would like to mention...he is letting his anger control him.
^^^ Exactly! KD's anger and his ego are his worst and deepest of flaws. They can ruin him completely if not controlled and I love JJ for taking this out! And I love the CVs for being so realistic. Cuz honestly, whats the fun of seeing a perfect main lead whose idealistics make you think he is more like a Saint?! Well, at least, I don't. And this is the exact reason why I love TBP more than any other show.
Many fans aren't liking this change in him, but me? I am LOVING IT!Gimme these flaws and layers 😎
If I wanted perfects, I'd go watch Collector Sahab & Anandi, not KD & Kiya🤣. No offence meant anyone, just a joke😛 I respect everyone's opinions. But yes Sneha, personally I love love love these deeply inbred flaws which are being shown in so clear cut a manner. Its these flaws which made him real, & which made me connect to him so much. Warna there are lots of hot guys in TV world! Its these characters & their realism which make them a part of us & love TBP so much, despite their not being substantial romance as compared to other shows
Ranveer's scene with Harsh in the canteen looked extremely significant to me. All those dialogues about being taken as granted by friends & the whole Chanakya saga, Ranveer may have brushed them off at the end, but when Harsh was talking, he had a contemplative look on his face. Like he was truly considering everything that he was saying. Who knows, maybe this frustration combined with Harsh's influencing will make him reckless & do something very like the old Ranveer. To that I'd say...HELL YEAH 😎
^^^ I know right?! :O It was very significant and hinting to something huge & substantial in my opinion. That contemplative look on his face made me raise my eyebrows and at once the idea of him slipping to a bit of his old self came to my mind. And oh dear god, would I love that? Bloody yes!

Panchi & Piddi are still left, but the effects have already started to show on KiShaRa. And technically speaking, Piddi being pissed off with KD for not taking him in his team, may well be a sign of him perhaps breaking free of his follower mentality. As for Panchi...I don't see anything on her as of now. But I am more confused as to what exactly of hers can be addressed. Suggestions?

^^^ The little scene where Piddi gets downhearted due to KD not choosing him was very meaningful. It's high time now that he should act individually too. Character development is badly needed cuz as JJ said, he does give a impression of being a KD's "chamcha". This was needed desperately for him and maybe, by the end of the track, we might finally see Piddi as a strong individual.
As for Panchi, she's mostly shown as the least flawed person among them. But maybe,just maybe, this could possibly bring out some flaws in her too. Like we might get to see a completely new side to her. And honestly, I would love that.
Piddi seems to have something coming so I am super glad!!!
As for Panchi, I suddenly have these foggy scenarios in my mind. Like Harsh going, "Jaanta hun tum jaisi ladkiyon ko. Sabka bojh uthakar babysit karne ke kaam aati ho bas." Which she brushes away. And later, she's kinda pissed off because RanSh & KiSha & everyone else is throwing a fit, & she's trying to calm them down & she recollects these words & just goes crazy & does something totally OOC for her, while JJ looks on disappointed 😳

Harshvardhan Sisodia is yet another fine example of flawless writing & perfect execution of a character by the TBP team. Brilliant is all I have to say. His character has so much FORCE, which is why just his entry into the lives of Buddies have thrown them into chaos, & has started to influence them so much. He is grey & he has layers . He is also a reflection of almost everything that the Junglees were. The part of them the Buddies had worked so hard to get over. And god...his arrogance 😆.
^^^ You give me a grey character with layers to him and I fall head over heels for it. ☺️ Harsh is the perfect example of it. He is grey, he has flaws, he is arrogant and rude and I love it. Thank you CV's and Anand sir for this. He is exactly what TBP needed to be its old self. AHH! I am so looking forward to see how JJ's plan works out and whether the Buddies can really change him.
He has so much bloody PRESENCE!!!! They can hate him or not hate him, but he is IMPOSSIBLE to ignore. Darn I LOVE HIM!!!! <3
