Rukmini?! - Page 4

Well, I don't watch TBP anymore, I'm done with this show.
So here's my comment on this topic from what I've seen there little bit.. as a character Rukmini doesn't have that lasting effect. Also, VeeNi seems to be random, cliched (genuine view, not because of RaHi biasedness)

I agree 100% with the interaction part. Except for the occasional Rukmini-JJ scenes, which I love, all her scenes are only VeeNi scenes. I know ki CVs probably want to concentrate on the Buddies more, but like Avi, Omi & Tika, atleast a little of her individuality can be shown.

Agreed. They should disclose Rukmini's story for us to understand how she is and what are the circumstances that have led her to become the way she is.

Also she needs her individual as well as mixed scenes besides those that she has with RV and JJ.

But again I dont really understand ( I really don't) why would anyone dislike her character because usually its a negative character which people are ought to dislike but her character even if is not completely revealed yet, ddoesnt seem negative at all.

There after all , is a difference between not knowing someone and disliking someone

@Shaz-the kash one???u also a kash fan???IKR?I just love all the siggies in my dabba :* @All-one of the main problem is interaction her interaction is nly with Ranveer n what type of interaction is it also?she isn't that open with him except the convo they had on bathing in the river!they can show her conversing with other characters also?which would surely make a difference dnt want to hate any1 in this show hope she dosent become tanni part 2 for me so hope the CV's are seeing this

@Adya: It's not always the negative characters people dislike, disliking something is not always a bad thing. Dislike is simply not to one's liking, so anything can come in that category. And, I think people solely can dislike her from what they have seen of her so far. It's not hate, rather a distaste for the particular character. Now that distaste could be for alot of reasons and I think that's what everyone is doing here, listing out their reasons for their distaste of her character. Right now, I have a distaste for her character, but that can either change according to the situation or settle into a indifference/dislike. and, I know you are not aiming this at me, but just felt like replying;)

She needs to interact. It looks weird if she talks to just RV and JJ, as I said earlier.

Shai , its not that I meant its bad or anything.
As a matter of fact I really I didnt understand the dislike factor.

Actually it was not that I liked her and thts why didnt understand the dislike. Its morelike "why is she disliked?" for me.

moral of the story - her character development, based on an individual level, needs to be shown. Don't restrict her to being around RV only. The Mini-Omi scene was really good, so why not interact with others as well?

But now that I think of this, her character has some lauchas in it. Consistency nahin hai. No, I don't dislike her (like I dislike KD because that is one character I can say I dislike but forum is witness ke good points pe even I praise him) but this lack of connection is frustrating me now! I can't not like VeeNi owing to RV (but I explained that) and I do enjoy them as well but sometimes, even I get frustrated over that. Hopefully it's all temporary and we'll get her interactions with other characters, preferably girls because girl bonding, though shown less, is really pure in TBP..

random point - yesterday I was watching post-accident RaHi scenes. Now that was something! That's how character development is shown! I am sure CVs can and will rock it with Mini as well but I just wish it comes sooner than later..
