KD was walking down the stairs...It had been hours since he had seen her. This was his first camping experience and he wanted to be with her all the time. But only if he could. He looked at the sky. He saw a shooting star and closed his eyes. And there she was. Right before him. In his heart , mind and soul. A lone tear escaped his eyes. How could forget HER. She was his life, his love and his girlfrend. Kiya.

KD was walking down the stairs...It had been hours since he had seen her. This was his first camping experience and he wanted to be with her all the time. But only if he could. He looked at the sky. He saw a shooting star and closed his eyes. And there she was. Right before him. In his heart , mind and soul. A lone tear escaped his eyes. How could forget HER. She was his life, his love and his girlfrend. Kiya.
"KD...it has been two months since she is gone...and we have our board exams this year too...please calm down!!!!!" Piddi , his best friend said. KD looked up to him. "KD bhai...i brought you to this camp just to divert you from her thoughts...please...you have to move on!!!!!" he cried. KDdidn't say anything. He just stared at him blankly. After kiya's death , due to cancer , KD became very quite and distant from his friends and family. Only Juhi , his sister and Piddi , his best frend were the ones with whom he talked a little...
Piddi could sense KD's distress. He knew how much he loved Kiya. They were the most sweetest couple in their school. But only two months before...they got to know that kiya was suffering from blood cancer and that too the last stage...
Piddi could still recollect the time when they last saw kiya in the hospital...
"KD...promise me that you will not cry after i go!!!!!!" smiled Kiya. KD face was drenched with tears...and now , fresh tears came out from his eyes. Kiya cupped his face and kissed his eyelids. "KD please...if you cry like this then how will i go to the operation???? And if i don't get operated then how will i..." she stopped. Her own tears threatening to come out...But she gathered herself and smiled. "I NEED TO GO KD...!!!!!" she whispered.
After taking away KD , piddi came upto kiya. "Why didn't you tell him???" he asked.
"Tell him what???"
"That you won't even survive this operation!!!!!!" hissed Piddi , who was in verge of tears.
"Whenever i look up at KD...i feel captured...and Piddi...i love him...i can't say all these on his face can i...???" she said.
"But kiya he loves you...and you love him!!!!! Then why hide it???" asked Piddi.
"Piddi...when you will fall in love...true love...you will understand...!!!!!!" she said as her eyes hooked upto KD , who was now standing near the door.
Piddi came out of his thoughts when the warden came up and told them that they were called by the principal.
"ALL THE PREFECTS AND CAPTAINS PLEASE REPORT TO THE DEAN!!!!!" the warden screamed and went away.
Piddi held KD and motioned him go as he was the Captain of the school.
"Keshav Desao...the Sport's Captain of the college..." announced the Dean. He was introducing his team to the camp instructors.
KD took out his wallet and looked at the picture which was still in his heart. KIYA. It had been hours since he had a look of her photo.
He remembered how he had seen her last...in the hospital...
"Piddi...when you will fall in love...true love...you will understand...!!!!!!" she said as her eyes hooked upto KD , who was now standing near the door.
KD came upto kiya and piddi understood that its best to give them some privacy...so he went away...
KD cupped kiya's face and slammed her mouth to his. He kissed her eyes , her little red nose and her chubby cheeks. Kiya giggled. "You know i love it when you giggle like that!!!!!" he whispered in her ear and kissed it too...
"Miss Gujral...you will be now taken to the OR for your operation" the nurse said from behind KD...and kiya understood that this was the last time she was seeing him...
She grabbed his face and kissed his cheeks and forehead...
"Stone Face!!!!!" she giggled and then was taken away...from KD's sight...FOREVER!!!!!
Again a tear escaped his eye..."How will i survive without you...im dying here everyday damnit!!!!!!" he whispered as he looked up at the sky...
As everyone was served dinner...KD vanished...he went near the river and sat down...still thinking about kiya..."I wish you were here!!!!!" he whispered...
Cham...Cham...Cham...
KD turned around. Was it his ears or is it really somebody's payal...
He looked around , but found no one..."I must be dreaming!!!!!!!" he thought.
"You know you should not come out here at this time...you will catch a cold..." a feeble voice whispered through the fog...
KD couldn't see the person whose voice he heard just now...but he knew that she was near him...he could feel his heartbeat rising...
"Who are you????" KD screamed through the fog...
"Someone..." she answered. "But what are you doing here mr...???" she asked.
"Umm...we are here to camp...there's the camp site!!!!!" he screamed again...and pointed towards the camp.
"Oh...ok...wait...im coming towards you!!!!" she screamed now... her voice audible enough to make KD realise who she is.
"Hi..."she came near him and waved her hand in front of his face...but KD dumbstruck...
"Kiya!!!!!" KD whispered , shocked after seeing the girl in front of him...
