Dont think she might be coz in that press conference bytes Purab has bandage on his hand and in one of those vids it was mentioned that Purab hurt his hand saving Thapki. Also the bytes did not show Taps injured, though her taking the knife to save Sargam Or Purab might work to cement their trust in her.

That’s highly possible however he was standing so far from a distance from where Thapki & Sargam &also Thapki had tears in her eyes.
