12/12
Starts with Jithin lying that he tried to stop Anshul but Anshul took Sargam to the hotel room. Anshul tries to make him tell truth without result. Purab lets Jithin go and slaps Anshul. When he tries to hit Anshul again, Taps holds his hand and says her brother would not do anything wrong.
She asks Sargam to tell why she had gone to the cafe and Sargam admits that she had gone to meet Rohit, they love each other and Rohit being such a good guy had tried to make her go back home for the sake of her family's reputation. She says Taps ganged up with Anshul and tried to break her relationship with Rohit.
Taps is questioned why she didn't tell this to anyone and she says she couldn't break Sargam's trust. She insists that her brother is not wrong and neither is she. VD asks Purab what is his decision. Dadi says Taps is wrong in not informing anyone about Rohit, but she doesn't believe Taps would make such a big mistake. Purab says that they have to prove their innocence and this chance is given by the husband. If Taps can't prove herself, then the brother (Sargam's bro aka Purab) will take over the punishment.
Hans goes to meet Rohit who tells her that he had called Sargam when she woke up. Sargam told him that she didn't remember anything. He then tells her that Anshul must have given her the drug that made her faint. He says that he had gone to call a cab to take her home and when he returned she was missing. Hans had bribed Jithin who visits them too. Jithin is given more money and asked to leave the city. Hans gives a cheque to Rohit too and tells him his work is not complete.
Purab asks Sargam why she didn't tell him about Rohit and she says she was afraid that he would support VD rather than her. Purab tells her that he wants to meet Rohit. When Sargam leaves VD is upset with Purab about Taps.
#saas comes over to taunt VD and tells her that though Taps couldn't be send to jail, she should be send out of the home. She further taunts that Purab is attached to his wife's saree pallu.
VD is trying to practice and Hans come over. She says she must now be regretting not choosing her, see how fast she found a way to locate Sargam. VD keeps remembering Sapna's words about sending Taps out of home.
Taps is in kitchen, Priyanka comes over and taunts her making her leave the kitchen. She is taunted again by Sapna when she tries to help Purab's father. Hans is happy seeing this and thinks that though Taps was not kicked out, at least she managed alienate her, The kicking out will be done by Purab.
Purab accuses Taps of keeping secret from him. She again mentions it would have been breaking Sargams trust. Purab asks why didn't she consider the promise of trust she made to him during their marriage. She says sorry, she was wrong in not telling him. Promo scene, where Purab asks her if she had only a single chance to tell him about Rohit when she had known about Rohit for 3 days. He tells her that she made him regret placing his trust in her and tells her to prove herself and her brother's innocence or he would not spare Anshul.
No precap for me.
Okay so Sargam is kind of justified for accusing Anshul about giving her the drink. Stupid but not such a bad person. Yet she could have told she didn't remember instead of saying what Rohit told her. She cannot be justified about how she said he keeps troubling her about her friends and making Purab believe that Anshul was the reason she was dressed in tight clothes the day he saw them together. Anshul did help her reach home without being ridiculed when her dress was ripping apart.
It is just #team and VD who are against Taps who were always against her, yet the open alienation by #team felt bad. I had expected VD to smell rat after Han's visit, but she didn't. This time she had no backhanded compliment about Taps. May be the trauma of seeing Sargam unconscious and the bad reputation is too fresh in her mind for her brain to receive right signal.
Remains to be seen if Purab will be able to judge Rohit correctly. Would Taps tell him about what she over heard Rohit saying about Sargam?
Anyways this plotting has brought major initial success to Hans, but would she succeed completely remains to be seen. I am kind of okay either ways. I will hate that evil will succeed (Even if Purab rejects Taps, I don't think he will consider Hans as anything more than a friend) yet I will be glad that Taps won't have to live amidst such negativity (but then her uncle's place is no better). But as I repeatedly say Taps shows no ambition to rise high in life, she just thinks to the level of existing in life.
