After seeing Bihaans shadow in today's episode telling Thapki that I told you I will be back and see I'm back..won't leave you again. That clearly hints towards Bihaan is back in Aryans form in Thapkis life.
Remember when Thapki saw Bihaan when he just fell off the cliff in the room? He told her I will come back to you in a different form and asked her to believe in her heart.
This can explain the hand touch feel Thapki got , and how she felt from mandir itself.
I don't know how CVS will explain but its clear Bihaan is back in Aryans form, but kaise only CVS know. 😆
