To Neha ko laga hoga ki yeh Bihaan ka kaam hai. Aur usi ki wajah se woh apne bacche ki bali nhi chadha paayi. She musta been bewildered at this. That explains why she'll want a revenge from Bihaan.

Kk might be innocent. Neha musta instigated him against Bihaan hiding the fact that she is involved in witchcraft and that she wanted her child dead.
