Thapki's reaction to the truth in the OLVs is one of the best ones I have seen in soaps. She does not go on a slapping spree or a screaming contest. First cries, then gets angry, pulls herself together and walks out.

She does not even think about confronting Bihaan as he does not mean anything to her. If he was not sitting on the steps as she walks out of the door, she would not have missed him or gone looking for him.
