No no you are wrong, that was Bengali marriage. But in Sikh, the pre rituals matters alot. They do chuda rasam which is important, then the haldi and mehendi too. Plus the kanyadhan is an important rituals.

She only accepted the thali rasam not the other.

Indian shows are so good at accidental rasams completion, so I am sure both of them would perform the rituals in some ways without even knowing it.

As a Punjabaan myself, I’m assuming they will complete all the pre and post rituals because people love watching shows during wedding sequences.

Also, since they are such a big shaandar family with their constant media-waale, post wedding rituals will probably be also be under the eye of the press as to not create a scandal for Brar Jewelers. Since the original bride (Seerat) ran away.

The leads get married and they act like a lovey divey couple for the press. While Garry and Seerat in og as per storyline, they had a one night stand which the Bhagodi sis takes seriously but the Womaniser bhai leaves her in the morning. Later on, he ignored her.

They marry but the womaniser love someone else and he is engaged with that girl. Later on when the ML forced him to marry the sister because she is pregnant (She is acting and fooling) and then threaten him to remove from the property and everything the the womaniser bro agreed
