Uma and Amaya comparison

Uma tries to gain love by gaining sympathy. She mistakes care for love. Whereas Amaya doesn't want love gained by sympathy otherwise she also has a lot to say.

Uma has been the same for Mantu all these years so he doesn't expect any change. He didn't also expect it from Amaya yet she changed and proved to be a hardworking and an honest

Not that Uma isn't, yet her way of expressing stuff is wrong. Mantu has to apologise always as she makes mistakes where Amaya doesn't. Looking at Mantu's nature,Amayai is an ideal person now for him not Uma. Both love him diligently yet Amaya deserves him more. Only for the sake of being childhood friends, he gives her so much care which I look at as a love for a elder sibling. It was quite humanly of Mantu to go help Uma even being special to him. Amaya has become very sensible after the race as Uma remains the same :p

your POV is absolutely right. uma love is selfish, while amaya's love is selfless. uma is more infatuated with mantu for lack of choice in a town like banaras, and she has been very close to him since childhood and has convinced herself that she loves him. she constantly takes his attention for love rather then concern, and forcefully wants his attention, by fighting and throwing temper tantrums, mantu and chiklu constantly walk on egg shells for fear of uma throwing a tantrum. and that is not love,

uma has build a world around her, where only mantu, chiklu and she exist. she doesn't want anybody else to enter that world. even if that persons is important to mantu. and in her mind she believes mantu wants that too. she refuses to accept reality.

amaya on the other hand fell in love with mantu, due to his caring, helpful and selfless nature, mantu is like rishi in nature and since amaya was so close to her father, these qualities have attracted her to mantu and made her fall in love with him. amaya does not demand his attention, though she wants to be with him. she respects him and his space, she respect his relationship with uma and understands how important she is to mantu. she does want uma to get out of mantu life, or throws a tantrum if mantu shows concern for uma. she understands the value of family and that they too are an important part of your life. amaya loves selflessly, she wants that love to be only love and nothing else, she wants to earn it as a right to her soul and not through sympathy.

mantu is her soulmate they are the same and yet different. both put their family and friends first above themselves.

Uma's love is infatuation, why coz of lack of choice woah what logic is that???

Amaya's world is her family and Mantu and she knows value of family-AGREED

Uma just have Mantu Chiklu and her naani/ daadi and she being possessive of them is understandable. She lost her family at young age, so who better understand importance of family than Uma??? All she have is these three people and she dont want to share them with anyone what is wrong in that???

Uma standing n one leg and seeking for ishara or watever from god is her being stupid and immature but Amaya choosing jungle route, drinking bhaang and stuff shows her selfless love for Mantu!!!!

Uma behaves with Mantu and Chiklu that way bcoz she have every right on them or thats what they tell her and both brothers dont have any issue with the way she behave!

Mantu taking care of Uma is brotherly love but Mantu taking care of Amaya is Love(soulmate wala) why cant it be friendship or same brotherly love he have for Uma????

Amaya gave Mantu space and didnt demand his attention???? then why was she constantly messaging him even when he told he want to sleep??? why made him wait for her till she complete her work???

Like Ammu Uma too feels Mantu is her soulmate and fighting for her love so how does that make her naagin or whatever names she is called???

If Ammu put her family above everything Uma too put her family ie, Mantu and Chiklu above everything!

Uma and Ammu are two different persons so the way they express and behave will be different.

So if for 2 month friendship he gives so much care which is presumed to be LOVE then why cant childhood friendship cum care cant be presumed as love????

If it is humanly of Mantu to take care of Uma then same applies to Amaya too... He knows her past what happened with her dad so he sympathies with her..

You cant say Uma didnt change after that race , if not she would have shouted at Atom when he spoke about Ammu being winner and stuff she was calm and thinking where she went wrong in her prayers.

P.S: I'm not Uma fan..I love Manya and want them to be together but that doesnt mean I hate Uma or dont understand her POV. Have seen so much negativity towards Uma which she dont desreve.

When the serial was started Uma wasn't a very dignified character. In fact as far as I can remember she was a shameless girl who always tried to attract Mantu. While Mantu used to run away from her and make fun about her with his friends.
But as the story started to develop, she became stronger. Or else I'd think her as a silly , idiot girl----who doesn't understand that Mantu doesn't want her.

At present , I feel pity for her.She is alone and etc. But before the entry of Amaya her position was worst than present. Even if there was no Amaya I don't think Mantu would ever marry or love a silly, nonsense girl like her. Who has no sense of manner. Run to any stranger's house at the middle of the night to check Mantu or strangle friends for Mantu etc. She is mad. Where Mantu is a mature and very sober, responsible guy.

At the beginning even Amaya wasn't perfect for Mantu. But now she has changed herself. The way she is developing herself------ very soon Mantu would be madly in love with her. Specially I've enjoyed today's---------DHEERE DHEERE SE ( MALE VERSION). Then the way he became angry at Amaya. He doesn't know that he has started to love her.

But I don't think Amaya's love is at all selfless. She loves him, she wants him, she can lie for him, die for him and do anything possible to achieve him----------even steal a dress from Uma.Yes! That is selfish. Love is selfish. Selfless love doesn't exist. Specially between man and woman. I'm glad that Amaya is selfish and very possessive about Mantu. She doesn't want Uma to have the pleasure of that dress too. It is like Amaya's Mantu. Whatever Mantu has--------------that all belongs to Amaya. I love that possessiveness of her. 👍🏼😆 She gives me feeling of a real girl. Than those sacrificing too good hypocritical heroins. Like they always show----------one day Uma kind of girl comes, shed some tear and the heroin donates her love to that nonsense villain. I hope Amaya stays as strong as she is now. Be selfish about Mantu. Like she said to Uma-----------take anything you like but not Mantu. That is real love. No need to be selfless in love. Enjoying Amaya's progress very much.
