I watched the episode again and noted as follows:

Abhijeet gave Aneek 7 marks for the song.

Abhijeet also claimed that he did not know who the singer or the composer was but basically he did not like such songs or singing. For such songs he would give Zero. However since Aneek had sung well he would give full marks.

There was no mention that Abhijeet did not like Atif the original singer. Possible Abhijeet could have heard many versions of it before sung by different people too and was not happy with their performance. Seemed he was unaware who sang the song originally.

how do we know they use technology to make atifs voice sound right, just because abhijeet said that doesn't mean i or atifs other fans should believe that. if it was really true then i don't think atif would get so many offers, since as people have said there are many singers who sing good naturally so why aren't they signed then. i personally think atif has a unique and talented voice which is real and he does not have technology edit his voice at all. abhijeet is out of business , i think we should all just ignore his behavior and not talk about him anymore because we are giving an arrogant and rude judge too much attention that way although i really do want atif to sue him.

I agree that this statement was in a poor taste but then what do you expect from Abhijeet and others when our legends are not treated fairly by Government from the other side. This happened in 2003 when Legendary Lata ji was denied visa for Pakistan then Abhijeet , Jagjeet saab and several others moved an application with the then Government that in reciprocity we should ban the singers from the other side. Statement was wrong by Abhijeet but we all hav a right to self respect and dignity

if u hv noticed now, actors nd filmmakers frm india hv visited pakistan a bunch of times. i m sorry but a lot of stuff had been going on between da two countries nd if u bring sumthing from 2003 up wen pakistan nd india werent really cool wid eachother.!! i m pretty sure da ppl from other countries wud hv sum injustice done frm india 2. nd rite now, dey hv friendly relations with each other. so i dont think dat is a very good reason to support your judgements. and if abhijeet hasnt noticed, pakistan is very happy to welcome people from india and indians are very happy to welcome pakistani people. i am sorry to say but u sound like you dont like pakistani people as you r bringing up old stuff and not justifying your opinions wid da show but stuff from elsewhere.

I don't think Abhijeet really means ill. He does not think before he speaks and has no idea of the consequences of his words. With respect to Atif, it was more a vent of frustration. Many of us would agree that there was some amount of truth in what he said, and most of us would also agree that he shouldn't have put it that way. In today's world, looks and personality is as important as talent, if not more, in order to be popular. This is something that Atif has in abundance and the girls go ga-ga over him. But it was not so a few years back and it's difficult for yesterday's singers to accept this.

Today also Abhijeet made a blunder. By giving Kushal a mark more than Abhishek, he didn't want to bear the responsibility of being the reason for ouster of Abhishek and have Abhishek's wrath on him. So he foolishly declared that Abhishek is his favorite. Little did he realize that his statement would go badly with Kushal.

heckk no abhijeet is not a true judge..he iz veryy biasedd..doesntt know how to make comments, iz very disrespectful to otherz..haz no sense of niceness in him..hiz comments make NO sense...Hez a horriblee judgee

I think what Abhijeet said was spot on why do the music directors call people from across the border when we have promising talent in our own country .
