Hello Mr. Khan. You mentioning the song Bachpan ki muhobbat ko and Amanat Ali kind of made me relate to you. The Bachpan..... that song has a deep family history. As for Amanat Ali........ he is The Best!!!😛 Just some questions from my side.
1. What did you think of the episode today and parents' comments esp. Ayush and Dhariya's mom. Do you think the judges are doing their job properly?
2. What do you like doing in your spare time i.e. what is your hobby and what do you do to relax after a hard day?
3. If you had 3 wishes what would they be and why?
4. If you had an opportunity to travel, what parts of the world would you like to go and why?
5. Do you enjoy some of the golden oldies songs? Can you name a few songs/music directors that have left an impact on you please?
6. I read about your choices of ghazals etc. Do you like Iqbal Banu? Any fav. ghazal or song of her that you like? I am a huge fan of hers and songs like Ulfaat pe nayi manzil pe chala I have not been able to get hold of here in Canada
7. Do you like cooking sometimes? Do you cook?😆 What are some of your fav. dishes.
8. What kind of holiday would you prefer? Some big City or some place where you can be with nature?
9. Which 3 jodis will be in the top in your opinion?
10. Do you think kids are treated fairly in ESBE?
Thank you in advance!!!

1. What did you think of the episode today and parents' comments esp. Ayush and Dhariya's mom. Do you think the judges are doing their job properly?
As I already stated in your other post that the comments made were not very polite. In the sub-continent the communication of people is very poor. People should learn even any angry/rude comment in a very polite way. I may not know the difference if I do not live in the west. Ayush and Dhariya's mom were representing all the parents so I would not single out them. I think the judges are doing excellent job, sometime Rakhiji was out of line but she is back again in her original form. KK acts as in the middle road, RS comments as far left and AK comments as far right (as in political term). I hope you understand what I mean.
2. What do you like doing in your spare time i.e. what is your hobby and what do you do to relax after a hard day?
I like to do gardening in the summer. I feel so joy when my plants bear the fruit. I feel very glad when I take the tomatoes, beans, egg plant, chillies etc from the plants. I plant flowers in the front yard. When they bloom they look so beautiful and the evening I sit in my porch watching flowers and enjoy the kids playing. In the winter I usually like reading. I use my den as my office and enjoy reading or surfing internet when its snowing outside.
3. If you had 3 wishes what would they be and why?
i like to become a scholar of our Holy Book Quran. There is a ton of knowledge and I feel so sorry I did not take it in my younger mid twenty days. i want to aquire religious knowledge cuz it is mention that only learned ppl will go in the paradise. It is obvious if we do not have the knowledge one cannot apply it. My second wish to go to pilgrimage and back home every year. My third wish is that all my children live close by and I have never health and financial problem in my life. I hope you can draw the conclusion why.
4. If you had an opportunity to travel, what parts of the world would you like to go and why?
Back home to visit my sisters and Mecca and Medina in Soudi Arabia. I feel very happy to visit my sisters and Mecca and Medina for inner peace.
5. Do you enjoy some of the golden oldies songs? Can you name a few songs/music directors that have left an impact on you please?
I have watched about 100 movies (golden era ones) between the ages 11 and 14 so all the songs of that times leave an empact I cannot explain in words. Songs of malhar, Barsaat, nagin old one. Since my inclination towards has increased now so I did not hear my cassette tapes in years and my memory is getting down now. When I used to teach back home I used to remember five six hundreds students by name and face. Waqt waqt ki bat hai...
6. I read about your choices of ghazals etc. Do you like Iqbal Banu? Any fav. ghazal or song of her that you like? I am a huge fan of hers and songs like Ulfaat pe nayi manzil pe chala I have not been able to get hold of here in Canada
I might have missed Iqbal Banu. I like her singing very much. i like the one you mention and have you heard her Hum Dekhain gay. Very nice poetry. You can find in youtube I hope. Also if you want to buy then try Tajmahal Audio and vedio on gerrad street, Toronto. They can even deliver any album or song in canada.
7. Do you like cooking sometimes? Do you cook?😆 What are some of your fav. dishes.
yes I can cook almost anything. I live a bachalor's life for five years in Canada so I have to cook and in those days there were not many Indian restaurants as it is now in Canada. My wife loves my spinich?allo pakoras and bhajias. chole, hyderabadi birjani, mirchi (banana peppers) ka salan. Any vegetable bhujias esp Okara.
I like bread pudding, kheer, khubani with cream toppings. icecream with pistachio spinklings. etc.
8. What kind of holiday would you prefer? Some big City or some place where you can be with nature?
Short holidays I like to spend quietly and long holidays i like to spend in a big city.
9. Which 3 jodis will be in the top in your opinion?
Well I dont know. I watch that show just cuz of Aamir. I am glad I am not the only one there are other ppl who said the same thing to me.
10. Do you think kids are treated fairly in ESBE?
I think so at least so far I can say that. But again the judges are under Zeetv.
Thank you in advance!!!
Minali😛
You are welcome

I say Okra bhujia not pakora. I make spinach or potato or onion pakoras. Okra bhujia (a vegetable curry) I learned from my bhabi she is now Delhi. We are from the south so I love south Indian dishes.

Hey Mike looks like you make a very fine Farmer. You must have green fingers. Cultivation of plants is an art and the amount of love and dedication will be duly rewarded. Perhaps the plants like your singing.
Keep it up.

Part time farmer? no thank you summer.
Farmers here used to enjoy govt. subsidy before but the economic crunch the govt. has tighten its belt too and farmers are not getting their subsidy. Farmers used to enjoy the six months of winter in the sunny Florida in States I dont know what they are going to do. Farmers have the bigest houses on their farmland where the whole family lived there maybe the extended family too to help on the farm. Those who do not have extended family they get hired help from Latin American countries for the season.
Those who have farmland close to the main road they are selling to the commerical outlets for making strip malls. Hey now you make me carried away but at least you know something about our farmers
