Yuvi wants to take Twinkle to the hospital but Bebee stops him and says that Yuvi isn't allowed near Twinkle. She tells him that they don't trust him and asks him to get out of the house. Usha agrees and tells him never to come back. Twinkle is confused about this. She asks them what all this is about. Leela says they were just anxious about her wellbeing that's why. Leela tells the others that Twinkle is her daughter and she'll take her home for a few days as Twinkle needs to get some rest. She tells Yuvi to come along as well. They help Twinkle walk.
Kunj is angry and thinks that he thought this would have separated Twinkle from Yuvi but that didn't happen. Pallavi is worried about his gun shot wound. She checks his wounds and asks him why is he hurting himself in his bid to extract revenge. She syas she kept his secret that he is Kunj so she can also keep his secret that it is he who is behind Twinkle's kidnapping. He tells her that his secrets are his own and she chose to help him of her own accord. She is shocked to hear this.
Yuvi is at Twinkle's bedside keeping vigil. Leela asks him to get some rest and he tells her that he will do so later. She is worried and asks why Usha and Bebee cannot see his love for Twinkle. He asks her not to take tension as he is happy that she has taken his side. He thanks her. She says is doing so much for Twinkle so this is the least she can do for him. She says she is his mother as well. SHe says she is sad that the family thinks of him as a criminal. She wishes that Rocky's real colours are known. Yuvi asks her not to worry and says he'll bring out the truth. He asks her to wait and see how he destroys Rocky.
In the morning, Twinkle goes to Sarna mansion. She calls out family members. Kunj comes there as well. She says she has come to clear their doubts and syas that it was Yuvi who kidnapped her. They are shocked. Leela and Yuvi arrive there. Twinkle is saying that tshe made the connection and has come to the realization that it was Yuvi who kidnapped her as he can never change. Leela and Yuvi are stunned. Yuvi asks Twinkle how could she even think that he would kidnap her. He tells her that hse knows him and that he has changed. He begs to her to trust him. Twinkle says she knows what the truth is. She says she forgot everything, how he kidnapped Kunj, how he mad her life a living hell. She says he doesn't want to see her family happy.
Leela tries to defend Yuvi but he tells her to forget about this. He says the person who means the world to him does not trust him then there's nothing more left to say. Twinkle tells him he can do whatever he pleases. Yuvi is upset and leave from there. Kunj is happy hearing this. Leela looks at Twinkle in anger and leaves. Kunj enquires about Twinkle's well being. She says she is fine and asks how his wound is. He syas he s fine. She thanks him for all that he has done. He says he wil always be there for her family. He smirks and leaves from there.
Pallavi comes and meets Twinkle in the kitchen. Twinkle thanks her for helping out her family. She says there is no need to do this. Twinkle says she is thinking to make a dish for Rocky to thank him. Pallavi suggests a chocolate cake. Twinkle says she will make it then. She asks whether Rocky has an allergies and Pallavi tells her none. Twinkle adds nuts to the cake mixture. Pallavi smirks at this. She meets Kunj outside and tells him of Twinkle's plan to make a cake. Twinkle brings the cake and he takes a bite. He starts coughing continously. He asks what's in it. She says she added nuts into it. He asks Pallavi why he didn't inform Twinkle of his allergies. She says she didn't know. Twinkle apologizes. He tells her its ok and says how would she know if his own fiance didn't know about it.
Kunj is resting in his room. Twinkle brings lemonade and asks him to drink it as it will make him feel better. He drinks from it. He sleeps and she bends down and gather something.
Twinkle is in her room when someone grabs her from behind. It's Yuvi. But look at each other and then starts laughing. She asks him what is he doing there so late at night. He asks if she is okay. she nods. He asks if she found a clue about Rocky. He keeps staring at her and she asks why he is staring. He says he can't take his eyes off of her. He thanks her for trusting him.
Flashback is shown. Twinkle tells Yuvi that there is something off about Rocky. She says she keeps getting strange feelings about him. She says that he is somehow connected to Kunj, Yuvi and herself. She says he knows too much of their past. Yuvi tells her she is right and says that when she was kidnapped, Rocky made him to things which he would have done in his past. Twinkle wonders if he is Kunj as he behaves just like him. She says they need to know what the truth is. They make a plan where Twinkle doesn't trust Yuvi. Flashback ends.
Twinkle shows a braclet and says she took it off from Rocky's hand. She says she gave one like it to Kunj in Goa. She says even Kunj was allergic to nuts. Yuvi syas they need to find hard proof to support their claim. He tells her he'll meet her later. Kunj is passing by and hears voices from Twinkle's room. He wonders who she could be speaking to so late at night.
Precap----Yuvi is leaving Twinkle's room. Just then Rocky is about to enter. Both are at opposite sides of the door.
