firstly happy mothers day to all
okay so this was written wayyy back and I always thought it was sorta incomplete or whatever
if you feel so, please tell me, i'd gladly write a part 2
but then a beautiful forum friend of mine told me to go ahead with it, so I am doing as she says
well, there is another os on the way about twinkle getting sick,

it was a friday,weekend was comng and everybody heaved a happy sigh. it had been a long week, especially for the men of the house, but twinkle wasnt happy. she was worried.
yesterday while sleeping, she thought kunj's skin was warm, not the kunj warm,but the fever warm, it had freaked her out but kunj dismissed it as "she was cold, he wasnt warm". unable to check wheter he's okay or not, she decided, she'll take him to the doc tomorrow, but ta-da! he is THE kunj sarna, how can he listen that easily to her, dismissing it once again, he had fled to office with papaji , cherry bhaiya, anand bhaiya and tauji, angering and worring twinkle more than ever.
she frowned. she was worried and she did not know what to do, kunj would not go to the doc, not in a million years and she knew it. he's terrified of them, but she is terrified for him, especiallly after the SCA case, she freaked out even if kunj sneezed or coughed, but this was seeming like fever, which is a defense mechanism for many dangerous diseases and she probably was over thinking but it was scary and she was getting scared.
her phone buzzed, it was papaji, it was usual of him to call her so it should not have scared her, but it did.
"twinkle beta?" the voice of her father sounded strained"woh kya hai na, kunj..."
"kunj?" twinkle started freaking out, no, when had she stopped, she continued freaking out"kya hua kunj ko?? woh thik toh hai na?"
"arre beta, itni tension mat lo," twinkle let out a breath."fir?"
"woh darasal, kunj ko shayad fever hai, woh hum teeno charo ki toh sun nahi raha hai, tum please use samjhao ki woh doc ke paar jaye"papaji spoke, twinkle smacked her head. she so knew it, and now kunj was acting like a baby, again.
"woh toh doctor ke paas jane se raha, yeh toh aap bhi jante hai papa"twinkle spoke worry filling her to the core.
"toh tum use ghar kyu nahi le jati, " papa ji sounded like he liked the idea"office hum sambhal lenge, tum uski tension mat lena"
agreeing to the idea, twinkle grabbed her car keys as she bid goodbye to her father. damn. kunj was sick and she was more tensed than ever. on reaching the office, she ran to the lift, and then swiftly walked to kunj's cabin. opening the door softly.
kunj was on his chair, his blazer hafazardy thrown across his body, and his head laying on the backrest of the chair. his eyes closed, in what seemed like deep slumber, but twinkle knew he wasnt sleeping, he was tired and was trying an attempt at sleep which wasnt doing well. she tip toed to his chair and raised her hand silently to stroke his head, at her touch kunj's smiled,"tughse kuch chupta nahi hai na , siyappa queen?" he spoke, his eyes closed, but his face in a peaceful pleasure, the one which shows that you know all will be okay now.
"tumse kuch chupaya bhi toh nahi jata hai," twinkle spoke softly, while moving her other hand to his, which instantly clasped hers between his warm ones. she sighed at the warmth, the fever wasnt the issue anymore, he will be okay soon. she moved the hand that was on his head to snake it around his neck and pull him into a half hug, something that both knew was needed by kunj. he wound his arms around her waist, and leaned into her. finding home.
"please kunj, please ghar chalo, and isse pehle tumhara fever badhe, doctor ke paas bhi," twinkle spoke, her voice breaking down at the end,"apne liye nahi, toh mere liye hi, please," kunj sighed. he could never refuse anything to her. it was spoiling her so bad. he groaned."fineee..." he streched the syllable, "i will," twinkle ruffled his hair,"good baby," she spoke in a childish tone, as kunj settled himself more into her.

it was just general fever, nothing to worry about. twinkle was told later on that anand had grabbed ice cream for the five men, and kunj being kunj, ate more than he should have, and nobody should ignore ice cream, was his defence.
twinkle, half seated against the bed rest of thier beautiful bed, was stroking and patting kunj to sleep, his head was in her lap and his hands around her waist, his eyes closed and a calm look on his face.
it was around nine at the night, and her phone viberated, she picked her phone to get the expected message of bebe, who was outside their room.
after kunj had gotten sick, the room remained shut, and anyone who wanted could come in really softly, but it was cherry's plan to message twinkle before entering the room, to let kunj sleep peacefully. soon after bebe entered the room.
"twinkle puttar, tum dono ka khana, yeh lo" bebe whispered softly as she placed a tray on the bedside table. she smiled at the postion the couple was in and stroked twinkle's hair"mainu vada garv hai tughpe puttar, tu ek bohot achi nu hai," twinkle smiled faintly as bebe smiled, "tum dono khana kha lena, bhoolna mat please, " twinkle nodded as bebe left the room, shutting the door behind her.
"kunj,'' it was the softest of the whispers and the faintest of the touches, which would have not worked, but they did, kunj stirred. "kunj, uth jao please, khana kha lo, fir so lena," one more attempt and he opened his eyes, blinkling a few times as twinkle smiled. she helped him sit up, in the same way she was sitytng and moved across him, so that she could face him. she pecked his cheek as she moved to the tray. she placed the tray in front of her and smiled as kunj intertwined his hand with hers.
preparing a bite, she bought it to his lips, accepting the bite, he chewed slowly and tiredly, and twinkle, prepared another one, was bringing it up to his lips when-
"PAPPAAA" the shout echoed through the hallways. kunj's eyes flew open and twinkle looked at the door, faintly smiling at the little angel in cherry bhaiya's arms, as he entered the room"sorry bhabhi ji, but apki princess ko manana possible hai hi nahi, " twinkle smiled a little wider, seeing mann jump off cherry's arms straight onto the bed, kunj smiled seeing the mother lovingly kiss the daughter on the cheek, while the daughter engulfed her mother in a hug.
"papa" mann whispered. kunj held out one hand, the other holding twinkle's on the bed. as mann sneaked into her daddy's embrace, twinkle smiled. my happy baby and our happy baby. she thought, as kunj and twinkle simontaneously squeezed each other's hand, eyes locking and word flowing from within.
"cherry chachu says apko fever hai, ab aap thik ho ?" mann whispered, her soft voice exactly like a baby twinkle's and her eyes, kunj's eyes, full of concern.
"apke papa bohot strong hai princess, aise kaise thik nahi honge" kunj smiled, as mann smiled and snuggled more into is side."aur nahi bhi honge toh mumma hai na apki, woh toh magic janti hai" kunj's grin was enought to let twinkle sigh and cherry grin. kunj was getting better already.
"but apko yaad hai na mumma ne kya kaha hai apse?" twinkle spoke, looking at her daughter, smilingly. mann nodded "ki papa ko rest ki zaroorat hai, toh mughe dadu se story sunni hogi and aaj cherry chachu ke paas sona hoga" mann, a perfect reflection of twinkle, mimmicked twinkle's voice, making kunj and cherry laugh, and twinkle grin."good girl, ab chalo, papa ko kissie kaun dega??" twinkle spoke, her childlike voice, making kunj grin as his daughter pressed her lips to his cheek."good night pa, get well soon" she hugged he father once more and proceded to do the same to twinkle, after the good night kisses were over, the little angel, jumped again into her favourite chachu's arms as he walked away, talking to the sarna princess with much love. she was his favourite too.
twinkle resumed to feeding kunj as he gazed into her eyes. minutes passed and the dinner was supposedly over. twinkle reached up to wipe his mouth with her dupatta and got up to carry the plate, she placed it on the table infront of the bed and changed her clothes to a more comfortable attire, her night salwar suit. she crawled over to her husband, who held out his hands like a waiting baby. twinkle gladly engulfed him in a hug and leaned her back against the bed rest. kunj's head resting on her chest. she patted his head softly, putting him to sleep in no time.
