1) First of all the laws of all nations take the issue of marriage and divorce seriously, they don't just grant divorce to a couple just by presenting a paper of divorce agreement with signatures into court. It is a lengthy process which involves also verifying the signatures and confirming the decisions of the parties involved directly as a precaution. Then there is tons of procedures that involve the couple so the court can figure out whether indeed the marriage has no chance. After a lot of time the divorce is finally granted. So wth is this? TEI cv's are dumb and seemingly uneducated too. They proved that with the whole mahi coming back alive track and then further with the kunj illness track and now this divorce issue.
2) Mahi and yuvi are still legally married and have not divorced yet. So technically yuvi marrying twinkle is illegal and he can be arrested for this.
