At the Miss Amritstar contest pool venue, Twinkle is in the water trying to open the box. She is not coming up at all. Kunj gets tensed and wonders why she is taking so long. Mahi wonders why Tinkle isn't coming. Bebe is worried and asks Kunj to do something. Kunj says he will go into the water. Bebe reminds him that he does not know how to swim. Kunj is worried and jumps into the pool. Leela is very worried. Kunj goes down to the bottom of the pool and finds an unconscious Twinkle. He lifts her in his arms and brings her to the surface. All present get relieved.
Twinkle is still unconscious in Kunj's arms. He calls her name. He places her on the ground and gets out of the pool. He tries to wake her up. He says that nothing will happen to her. Leela is tearful and asks why Twinkle isn't opening her eyes. Kunj pleads with Twinkle to open her eyes. He is very worried. The song Tu Mere pas toh rehna plays in the background while Kunj tries to wake up Twinkle. He performs CPR and mouth to mouth breathing. He keeps trying. He begs her to open her eyes. Twinkle coughs up water and regains consciousness. Everyone sigh a breath of relief. She opens her eyes and sees Kunj. Leela thanks God. Kunj hugs Twinkle, who says she is sorry to him. Kunj tells her that he is sorry. He says that she got unconscious before his eyes and he could not do anything. He says that he felt as though he had lost her. He says to hell with this competition. He asks her to go. He says their world is beautiful. Sajna ve plays. Twinkle smiles at him. The host announces that Mahi Luthra has won the competition. She gets happy hearing this. Twinkle throws the keys into the pool. Kunj sees this and thinks Twinkle did all of this so Mahi could win.
At Sarna Mansion, Bebe is doing aarti for Kunj and Twinkle and Yuvi and Mahi. She is very happy and proud of the daughters-in law of the Sarna family. Usha asks Kunj if he is alright. She asks why he jumped into the pool when he cannot swim. Bebe asks her to be concern for Twinkle to. Cherry says that even though Mahi has won the competition, people are in full praise of Twinkle. Mahi hears this and gets angry. Bebe rebukes Cherry and says he always says bad things. She calls him a good for nothing and asks him to leave from there.
Bebe asks Kunj to take Twinkle up to her room. Kunj leaves with Twinkle. They are on the stairs when Twinkle slips. Kunj catches her in time. Yuvi takes Mahi's hand and asks her to come. Kunj and Twinkle are locked in an eyelock. Kunj takes her hand in his and takes her up the stairs. Yuvi sees this and gets angry. She squeezes Mahi's hand tightly. She screams out and he says sorry to her.
Twinkle comes to her room with Kunj. She lies on the bed and recalls how she had touched his feet. Kunj covers her with a blanket and checks her forehead to see if she has fever. He recalls giving her CPR. Bebe comes there with soup. She says to Twinkle that she gave them a scare today. She says that Kunj was dumb struck when he realized what was happening. She says on one hand was Twinkle getting unconscious and on the other was Kunj dying. She says to them that this is true love. Twinkle looks at Kunj with love. Bebe tells Kunj to make Twinkle have the soup. She leaves.
Kunj sits on the bed and takes a spoonful of soup. He blows it and gives it to Twinkle. She keeps staring at him. The song Ishq Buluva plays. He feeds her the soup. She questions him on why he got into the pool when he does not know how to swim. he tells her to forget about it. Sajna Ve plays. She asks him why he endangered his life. He says that she did the same thing. She says what she did was for Mahi. He wipes soup from Twinkle's mouth. He tells her that what he did was for her. She gets surprised and hold his hand. She says that she couldn't breathe but she knew that he would surely come and save her. She smiles at him.
Mahi holds the Miss Amritstar's crown. She recalls Cherry's words about Twinkle gaining attention. She throws the crown away in anger. Twinkle comes there and picks it up. She tells Mahi that this is her reward from the competition. She offers chocolates to Mahi as a way of saying congratulations. Mahi takes it and throws away. She says she have won the competition even after Twinkle's failed attempts to get her to quit. She says that Twinkle told her that people would taunt her about her scar. When that didn't work, She says Twinkle faked a drowning and stole the limelight from her. Mahi orders Twinkle to get out. Twinkle tries to reason with her but Yuvi comes there and says he will throw her out. Kunj comes and says to Yuvi that he can't dare touch Twinkle.
Kunj asks Twinkle to leave. He says to Mahi that she should be lucky to have a sister like Twinkle who loves her. He says that it is Mahi's loss that she couldn't understand Twinkle. He tells her to at least show some respect to Twinkle as she is her elder sister. Yuvi interrupts but Kunj tells him he is not speaking to him. He says he is speaking to his wife's younger sister. He asks Twinkle to leave from there. He takes her hand and walk out while Yuvi stares at them. Mahi cries.
Twinkle leans against the terrace doors. Kunj comes and leans on the other side. Twinkle says that Mahi will never forgive her. Kunj says that she tried so now it's Mahi's turn. Twinkle says she wishes she could undo certain things in her life and rectify her mistakes. She wishes that she had never met Yuvi. She says all of her problems are because of him. Kunj says that she shouldn't give Yuvi credit as she is no less than a drama queen. Kunj says he wish they didn't have problems in life. He says they wouldn't have Yuvi and Alisha. Twinkle says that they would have met through their families and would have accepted each other. Kunj says then they would have chatted on the phone. Twinkle says then he could have taken her on dates. he asks that he would have to do everything. She says of course. He tells her that he returned from London and that many girls were waiting to get married to him. Twinkle tells him even he would have had to impress her as she was Miss Amritstar, she has beauty and brains. Kunj suggest that they start over. He introduces himself as Kunj and says he has just returned from London and has brought a proposal of marriage for her. He says they will act like they are now meeting each other and that there are no Yuvi and Alisha in their lives. Twinkle says that this will be fun and agrees to do it. She says its a deal Mr. Kunj Sarna.
It's morning, Kunj is sitting in the swing while Twinkle is on the bed. Both are in the same room. Kunj looks at her and takes out his phone. He calls her. She answers. He asks if hse is Twinkle. She tells him that she is. He says that he is Kunj Sarna and says that her mom must have told her about him. SHe says yes and asks if he was the one that came with marriage proposal. He tells her yes. She says that she get many proposal in a day so she can't remember much. He says that he was thinking to take her for coffee. She says she is very busy with shopping and temple. She says she goes there to serve the poor. She asks if he goes there. He responds and says that even though he was in London, he remembers his roots and culture. Twinkle says she has no problem meeting him but she gets bored easily. He tells her thta he is good company. She asks him if he is confident or over confident. He asks her for a chance. She agrees and says he will get half hour. She tells him that she will meet him at the coffee shop. They end the call and both smile.
Precap----Twinkle comes downstairs. Kunj compliments her and says she looks gorgeous. He asks her if she ready to leave. She agree. Usha comes there and says to Twinkle that the competition is finished so she should help her in the kitchen. Kunj tries to say something but Usha cuts him off and says her will not take Twinkle's side.
