Several times he said "fark padta hai" thousands time he saved her n support her !! N those three lines dialogues aana tere aate hai DIL mera rota hai , n above all he said I will kiss uand the girl said she don't know he loves her or not!!!

A girl will always want verbal confirmation...She knows that Kunj deeply cares for her but I guess she wants to know whether or not whatever he feels for her is love or not...

Sometimes a girl needs to hear those three words okay 😆 I mean she obviously knows he cares for her alot but after all theirs was a marraige of compromise so there will certainly be insecurity from both sides.

She deffo knows that he supports her and cares for her alot but She also knows that he is doing this out of his duty as a hus and becaue he has said so sometime although his actions speak otherwise but She needs a verbal confession Those three words "I Love You" To be sure So I dont find anything wrong in her doubting if he loves her or not!

S as per ur post aft telling all these dialogues kunj himself is confused about his feelings then how come this poor girl ll know...until he utters the three magical words she ll be dng many siyappas to find out...

I can actually see where Twinkle is coming from. Kunj is shown as a really caring person, and he can care for Twinkle without necessarily loving her. I mean, he's shown his feelings in a subtle way but never admitted anything so I understand why she needs to hear it. Can't wait for an actual confession. I kind of hope that when Kunj gives her CPR, she says once the debacle is over, "Can't you ever kiss me when I am awake?" That would be adorable especially if Kunj plants one on her.
