True, Kunj has done a lot for her, but a girl needs confirmation. I can understand where she is coming from. I would need you to spell it out for me so I find it pretty realistic. Even though he says "it affects him," she may not know in what sense. It affects him because he cares and loves her like a friend or it affects him because he loves her and can't see her in trouble.

Although, if someone is that intimate with you, I doubt they "like" you as a friend. But, hey, when you're in that kind of a situation you question the obvious because confirmation is important to you.

Kunj cares and stands for her but he is such a nice guy that he will be there even for unknown persons. So, from such a person she needs to really confirm whats going on in his mind and if she comes to know that he himself has no idea, only then can she help him in realising his feelings for her...

As most of the members have said so far.. i think she knows he cares deeply for her and will go the ends for her to make sure shes okay.. she knows he cares as her husband.. but every girl wants to hear those words..

She needs words from him to be sure of his feelings.

I agree with everyone else. Besides Twinkle thinks so highly of Kunj that she thinks he's as kind to everyone as he is to her. Hum ladkiyan aise hi hote hai. We need it spelled out for us and only then will oit overthinking stop.
