There are very good analysers here. Please help clear my confusion. In last epiodes this week, Kunj is about to say "ILU" to twinkle but he stopped. Meaning he already realized his feelings towards twinkle?

I think he is in the process of realizing his feelings right now he is confused. He didn't realize what he was saying and he stopped himself as soon as he did😊

I agree with fangirl1012, kunj hasn't realised his feelings yet. He is just confused about his new found feelings for twinkle and whatever he does these days just reflects his muddled thinking.

He is surely on the path to realisation and hopefully that will happen sometime soon. He just needs a nudge in the right direction
