Also another thing is writers are keeping their character consistent. We have seen the caring and respectful side of Kunj from the start ..on the other hand we have seen the slight impulsive nature of twinkle from the beginning. But how the care and impulsive behaviour has changed is cute and makes u go aww

Twinkle has unfortunately broken his dreams with her silence and lack of progress with the whole trust thing IN HIS perspective. Kunj was hella worried for her and so his outburst was very justified and reasonable. When he said that he thought they were friends who would always stand by each other but guess not, my heart actually cried for him.
