Twinj SS || Their Bond || Update Pt3 Pg 4 || Feb 11

He rushed inside the hospital, with Twinkle in his arms. Lifeless. Her head and arms bobbled around every time he tried to move around to call a doctor or nurse. There was still blood coming out of her forehead and the side of her stomach.

"DOCTOR!!!! DOCTOR!!!" His screams echoed through the hospital and a nurse came rushing to his side.

Nurse: sir this is a hospital. Please wait for assistance.

Kunj: YOU'RE TELLING ME TO BE QUIET WHILE MY WIFE IS LAYING IN MY ARMS, UNCONSCIOUS AND NOT RESPONDING TO ME!!!!

The nurse had lowered his head in shame. "I'm sorry sir. We'll get her in right now" he brought over a stretcher and Kunj quickly placed Twinkle on there and they started rolling her into the ICU. That whole time Kunj had tears streaming down his face not letting go of her hand until they pulled her into the ICU. He kept looking at her through the small window on the door. He saw all the wires and machines they immediately plugged into her. He couldn't watch them, he took a step back and ran a hand through his hair.

How could I not have been there this time? I failed Twinkle. I let her go there just so she could reveal that Yuvi's truth to Mahi. For that Mahi, the one who doesn't even care about my Twinkle. Twinkle ki Mahi mein jaan basti hai aur woh ladki...

His mind wandered off to the incidents of the past few hours.

Twinkle: Mahi mein sach bol rahi hoon. Yuvi tujhe istamal kar raha hai. Mujhse aur Kunj se badla lene ke liye. Tu kyun nahi maan rahi meri baa...

Mahi shoved twinkle's arms off her shoulders. "BAS KAR DI!!!!! How longer will you pull on this act? Are you not tired yet?" There was a pause. "Wait a minute. I finally get it all. You just want Yuvi back in your life now. You've realized that jiju will never give you that happiness, you both will never go that far in your relationship so you probably thought 'why not Yuvi then right? I'll just use my sisters husband instead.' First you used Yuvraj and then when you were done with him then you found a new toy, Kunj jiju, and now you're bored of him so you want to take my husba..."

Mahi was quickly spun around the other direction when she felt a pull on her arm and a tight slap across her face.

Twinkle: KUNJ!!!!

Before Twinkle could say anything further,Kunj raised his hand in front of her to stop her from talking. "Shut up Twinkle. I haven't started yet!" This whole time not losing eye contact with Mahi. He had probably burned up all the courage she had mustered up with the death glare he had been giving her. "Are you done? Bol liya jo bolna tha. Yah kuch baaki hai? Tumne yeh San bolne se pehle ek baar nahi socha me tum kisse baat kar rahi ho? She's your older sister damn it! You have no right to say anything about my relationship with Twinkle. What we do, what we don't do is not something you need to worry about. Twinkle is doing everything she can to reveal your so called husbands reality in front of you, but you won't give her a try. You trust a person that you've met just a couple months ago for your sister?"

Twinkle: Kunj it's okay. Hum pyar se samjhaye ge.

And with that they hear another person walking up to them. "Kya samjhao gee Twinkle? Ke kaise apne behen ki shadi thodi jaati hai?"

It was Yuvraj. Mahi ran into his arms and even though it was fake, He took her into a protective embrace as if he will never let anything happen to her. (I just had to include that. Especially since yesterday's episode, where we kinda got to see Yuvi's protective side. Even though it was fake.)

Twinkle rushed, pulled Mahi away from him, and pushed him back. "Stay away from Mahi!!!!!"

Kunj knew that Twinkle might get a little violent with Yuvi seeing the anger in her eyes and quickly jumped in to pull her back away from Yuvi.

Yuvi's anger was starting to flare he starting walking towards Twinkle, but Kunj saw this and stood between him and Twinkle. Yuvi realized what he was doing and moved towards Mahi " Mahi tumhe lagta hai ke mein Asa Kuch kar sakta hoon. Maana ke pehle mein Twinkle se pyar karta tha, lekin ab... Now it's just you no one else!! If something ever happens to you, then I will d..."

Mahi put her hand in front of his mouth. "Nahi Yuvraj! I trust you!! And no one can break that trust."

Mahi turned towards Twinkle and twinkle put her arms on Mahi's "Mahi meri baat toh sun. Please ek baar meri baat sun le"

But Mahi didn't listen, she shoved twinkles hands off of her and pushed her closer to the edge of the hill. "I don't want to listen to you anymore. You know? I really think we were better off in London without you!"

With that Mahi turned "chale Yuvraj?" And they both walked off.

Kunj was looking at Mahi in anger not noticing that Twinkle was on the verge of the hill. She remembered all the stuff that Mahi had said to her in the past few weeks. All the accusations. All the hate. Her head started to spin and she started falling backwards. Kunj turned back to take Twinkle home only to see her falling back. He ran to grab her, and he barely caught her, but she had crashed into a rock and a strong root of one of the trees had drilled itself into her side. She had instantly fallen unconscious. Kunj was devastated.

Kunj: Twinkle? Twinkle? Tu theek hai? TWINKLE?!?!?!?!?!

Kunj slowly lowered himself down to pull her up and lifted her up to bring her here. Where he was standing right now in front of the ICU. He looked back through the small window and this time they had wrapped her head in a bandage but all the wires and monitors were still on her.

He felt a hand on his shoulder and turned to see who it was.
