Part Two
He turned around to see who it was and after seeing the person his tears just flowed out like a waterfall and he just wrapped his arms around this person who had also quickly grabbed on to him to comfort him.
"Bhai please. Sambhaliye apne aap ko. Look at yourself. You can't just give up."
It was Kunj's sister, Savi.
Kunj: dekh na Savi. Kya ho Gaya. Twinkle ICU mein hai. Agar usse kuch hua toh...
She pulled herself away "aise Kuch nahi hoga. I'm going in there. Aap bas babaji se pray ki jiye ke bhabi theek ho. Let me go see what's happening in there. Please stay strong."
Savi walked towards the door "oh and bhai mom aur baki sab raaste mein hai. Mujhe laga ki aap batana ki halat mein nahi ho ge toh mein bata doon." With that she walked into the ICU to check on twinkle.
5 1/2 Hours Later
Everyone except Kunj and Leela had left for home since it was after visiting hours and after a ton of string pulling the administration let an extra person stay behind.
Savi walked out of the ICU and Kunj almost trampled her over at the speed he went at to get to her to ask about twinkle. "How is she?"
Savi: bhai. Congratulations. You got really lucky this time, we barely got her back. But she's gonna need complete bed rest, no stress of ANY kind, and tons of care. I suggest keeping her away from Mahi and Yuvraj too. I'll give you the details later on but after they shift her into her room you can go meet her.
Kunj was on cloud nine after hearing that twinkle was okay. He picked up Savi and started spinning her around. "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much Savi. Aaj Teri Wajah se..."
Nurse: Dr. Savi there's an emergency case. They need you.
Kunj put her down, "bhai I think it'll be better if you go in there as soon as she changes rooms. It's really important for you to be with her at all times because she might be in shock of everything. Other than that I'll see you after my shift finishes up."
Kunj nodded and Savi walked off. Kunj desperately waited for twinkle to move into her room.
30 minutes later
Twinkle had been shifted into her room and after a lot of convincing Leela finally went home to get some rest as well.
Kunj was holding onto Twinkle's hand when he felt movement. He opened his eyes and looked up in an instant. "Twinkle?"
Twinkle slowly opened her eyes and adjusted to the lights which were piercing her eyes even though they were pretty dimmed. "Kunj!" She tried to get up but neither did her body let her do that and definitely not Kunj.
Kunj: tere dimaag kharab ho Gaya hai Kya? Hospital mein hai but still you want to show off your super skills. Just lay back down. Aur ab agar hili toh dekh lene. Savi ko bolke tumhe bada wala injection lag vao ga!
Twinkle: Kunj lekin woh Mahi... Woh Yuvi ke saat...
He stroked his hand up against her cheek as he got up to help her lie back down. "Twinkle tu Kuch der ke liye woh sab Kuch bhul sakti hai. Please. Mere liye. Kyun ki iss waqt mere liye koi aur important nahi hai sivaye tere. Nothing else matters to me. I don't care and I don't want ANYTHING to affect your health. Ab jab tak tu poori tarha theek nahi ho jaati, tu Kuch nahi soche gee. Apne faltu dimaag ko Kuch dhino ke liye band karde."
"Bhai's absolutely right. No stress of any kind..."
Twinkle knew that Savi was in the room, but she couldn't stop admiring her husband. 'How did I get so lucky? How did babaji make Kunj for me? Why is he so perfect? He cares for me so much and my family. He fulfills my every need. Supports me in all I do. Thank you babaji for giving me a husband like Kunj. You have given me one of your angels and I promise to never let him down. EVER!'
Kunj: Twinkle. Savi tujhse Kuch puch rahi hai. Jawab de.
Twinkle realized what was going on. "Sorry Savi. Kya hua?"
Savi: well know that you're done admiring and gushing over my brother...(she put her hand Twinkle's forehead) it's time for an injection. I know that you're scared but I promise it won't hurt and you've got bhai right here with you.
Twinkle looked at Kunj and grabbed his hand with hers and in panic said "Kunj tumne toh bola tha ke agar mein hili toh injection laga ga. Mein ab toh hili bhi nahi toh ab mujhe koi injection nahi lag vaana. Please Kunj!"
Kunj placed his hand on her cheek. "Relax Twinkle. Kuch nahi hoga. Bas ek injection hee toh hai. And I'm right here with you. Nothing will happen to you."
Twinkle started whining like a little baby "par Kunj. Bohat dard hoga and mujhe bas koi injection nahi lag vaana." Kunj grabbed her face and got really close to her. Her breathing sped up and her heart was beating twice as fast. She was losing herself in his eyes. She couldn't feel anything around her the wires, the monitors, the injection.
Savi cleared her throat. "Ho gaya injection. Ab mein chalti hoon aur bhai, bhabi ki reports kafi normal hai so since it's already morning, after we finish up the rest of the testing you can take bring her home. Most likely around 3 today. I'll finish up the discharge papers and you'll just need to sign them up at the main counter. Other than that see you later and bhabi please REST! I cannot stress it enough. It's the best way for you to recover and if you need anything bhai will be there 24/7 please don't do anything extreme or anything at all for the next few days. Only bed rest."
Kunj: sun liya? Ab ghar ja kar no kitchen, no khana banana. No ironing my clothes. No going anywhere. Nothing. Sirf aur sirf aram. Aur apne HANDSOME pati ke saath time spend karna.
Kunj looked at Twinkle and they both started cracking up.

And there's the second part guys. How you liked it just as much as the first one. Thank you so much for all the love and comments. Really brought a smile onto my face. I hope you like Savi's character, I tried to look for an actor that I could fit in, but couldn't find any that would suit the role, and if anyone has suggestions please let us all know in the comments.
Also, I actually just watched 'Sanam Teri Kasam' (and I'm obsessed with it now!) so some of the scenes are going to be influenced from the movie in the next couple of parts. Other than that, enjoy!!!!!!!
