@Lina-You need to take meds and avoid the cleaning that badly triggers it...wrap up warm in the trip it will help it's always cold in England I'm do use to it

but di my halat is badthat is why iam scared my parents are scared thinking i will catch pneumonia in the trip as it is so cold over there
