Scene 4Kunj was about to beat him more but was stopped by Bebbe and the other family members. They called the police and they got Yuvi arrested for misbehaving with Twinkle. Anita was also thrown out of the house as their entire plan was exposed. Everyone now left the room one by one except Kunj so that Twinkle could take some rest.
Twinkle stood straight, her eyes constantly staring at one place. She was shocked, she was in pain. Kunj after shutting the door came to Twinkle. He called her not once or twice, many times but there was'nt any response. Her not answering him was making him even more guilty. He had no choice but to stay strong, stay by Twinkle. Finally he held her by her shoulders, shaked her and said, "Twinkle yaar kya ho gaya hai tujhe. Kuch bol Twinkle, please. Jitna gussa krna hai kar, mujhe maar, mujhe thapad maar, bahut maar, lekin kuch bol, mai tujhe nahi bolunga, promise."
He kept on saying words like that for that was important to break Twinkle's silence and bring her out of her shell. So that she would react and anyhow lighten her heart. And that happened, actually more than that happened. When Twinkle reacted it was all togetherly a destruction. It was sort of heavy rain, storm and thundering all together. Twinkle broke, she shouted, she threw things here and there, cried, screamed like anything, blamed herself. For 10 mins all this continued. At last she was holding Kunj's shirt questioning and crying when she fainted. Kunj sprinkled water, rubbed her hands and feet but it was of no use. He placed her on bed and called for the doctor. By the time doctor arrived Bebbe and Kunj kept on sprinkling water and rubbing her hands and feet whereas his mother, Usha set the room. When the doctor arrived she told Kunj that Twinkle was going through a lot of stress and tension from quite sometime which if continued further would lead to 'Depression'. So it can be controlled by taking care of her, her diet and by keeping her happy. Twinkle also had high fever as she had'nt eaten properly in the past days which will result in her weakness and fainting so he has to take care of that. She told him that she had injected an injection so Twinkle will be asleep for a few hours. The doctor left the room followed by the other members except Leela and Raman. Leela was crying but Kunj assured her that he will take proper care of Twinkle and will come to their house for stay once she gets fine. Raman and Leela leave. Kunj is sitting beside Twinkle and moves his hand over her forehead.
Kunj did'nt knew when he fell asleep but was waken up by the loud scream of Twinkle saying his name. She was yet again in a devastated state, crying and sweating. She had a nightmare. Kunj calmed her down and assured that he was all well. Twinkle hugged him tight and cried bitterly. Just a few mins later she came back to her senses and broke the hug. She wiped her tears. Kunj poured her a glass of water. Her hands were shivering. She had almost left the glass for a moment when Kunj held her hand and then made her drink water with his hands.
