I have this feeling that they are sisters or somehow related!!!

Yes I do. Saudamini is defo not niyati's mother as she doesn't care about her plus prithvi doesn't recognise her in the new sbs segment as if he met her for the first time, whereas a few epis back kanchan lied to her mother about niyati's family surname when her mother became tensed after kanchan said she got a job at a party for a rich man. Seems like kanchan's ill mother is niyati's real mother and the woman that prithvi cheated on sumati with.
