This show definitely reminded me of Indian shows in the 90's when there was a story , direction , and good content especially on women!! 😃 They need to more shows like these instead of those loud long-running shows!! I swear if they get rid of those shows and bring shows like this, I'm sure audience will like them!! There is no use giving us shows like Tammana when audience are already too busy watching long-running shows to even pay attention to new shows!! All channels need a revamp!!

Well said. Star Plus should start the trend of finite shows and compel other channels to follow it.

It was SP who started the trend of finite series with Everest.Fair N Lovely was the key sponsor to Everest.Like they r for Tamanna. That tagline of Fair N Lovely
'Bano Khud Ki Ek Pechan' .That's main msg SP want to give to girls that make your own identity. First Anjali, then Dhara.I think after 1 year SP can again come with a show on this tagline.Again can show a diff girl struggling to make her own identity n achieve her dream. This time I wish SP take corporate background. Many things can be explored. How girls cope up in this corporate world n how she achieve her dream keeping her self respect intact n without compromising on any thing. This kind of show would be really awesome.

I really wish slowly other channel also follow finite series route.Zee N Colors need major revamp.

Very well said.Completely agree all channel need a revamp.

If all channel come up with diff content finite series.Audience will be forced to watch these shows only.Because all channel following same route. They will not find any typical shows. Then the most awaited change can happen on TV.All regressive shows will come to end.We will get to see more progressive shows.

Absolutely. Tamanna and Dahleez are examples of how a realistic show can also be gripping. Don't understand why our audience wants to watch the same ghisa-pita stuff. Colours is the worst by far with most of it shows focused on rebirth, black magic and other nonsense.

You know yesterday when Dhara and Prakashji were watching the video clip, I was 100 per cent sure it would be a blank. We have been conditioned by Ekta shows to always expect the worst. But Tamanna is so refreshingly different and stayed clear of the usual tricks. During the divorce case, I remember thinking that Mihir's junior would betray Dhaara by changing sides at the last minute. This happens in nine out of 10 serials. But it didn't in Tamanna.

The reason is it is a finite series and there is no need for gimmicks to stretch it. We should celebrate the fact that Tamanna is ending rather than getting stretched for no reason.

@Bold - For this same reason .I also prefer finite series. They did not show any gimmick to stretch n create drama.Dhara was not shown a doormat who take her husband's bad behaviour, double face n questioning her character lightly.I loved the way Dhara laughed n said to all did u all believed Mhir.I know of his dramas well.Dhara did not melt seeing Mihir drama. If it was other shows then the scenario would have been different. In some shows vamps/villans r forgiven easily.
