Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal quit 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma' to enjoy motherhood. And now after three years, actress Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal " the original Roshan Sodhi " has returned to the show to play the character again.
Dilkhush Reporter, who was playing the part in her absence, had to quit on medical grounds. An excited Jennifer said, "I worked till I was four-and-a-half months pregnant. I am a Parsi and have played the Parsi character for five years before taking the break. It's a coincidence that my re-entry aired on the Parsi New Year."
The actress had been wanting to come back to acting with the show. She prayed religiously for the opportunity to play the part again. "I prayed it should happen at the right time, without hurting anyone. I never wanted Dilkhush to get replaced because of me. She left on medical grounds. My happiness knew no bounds when producer Asit Kumarr Modi asked me to join the show again," she says.
