I really didn't understand taarak and jetha's phone conversation yesterday. What was jetha trying to say?

First he asked how can babita who is a bengali marry the tamilian iyer?But he never asked this question about Sodhi and roshan.Even Sodhi and roshan are as different as chalk and cheese.They too belong to different languages and different cultures.

Then he asked how can iyer who is a scientist become so romantic? What has romance got to do with profession?

I really didn't understand jetha's problem. What was he trying to say?It's strange that he still believes that babita chose iyer as her life partner accidentally. She was not a small kid or a teenager. She was a matured adult when iyer came into her life and she indeed fell in love with him.Why is jetha finding it hard to believe that babita loves iyer and iyer is just perfect for her?It looks like he's living in some kind of delusion.If it was an accidental marriage then both of them would have got separated long back.

And why isn't taarak making him understand this?He is the one who knows about jetha's feelings for babita. Why isn't he advising him to remove those feelings from his heart and accept the fact that babita is happy with iyer? Why isn't taarak telling him to stop disliking iyer because of his ethnicity and complexion?

What kind of message is this show giving?Gals who marry dark complexioned guys and specially south indian guys are silly? I really couldn't understand jetha's questions yesterday. I felt that scene was not necessary.

yeah,now that the question has been raised it is advisable that you accept it because it is just a fictional comedy show😆

Hypocrite Jetha is also Gujarati. Why would he want to befriend Babita who is a Bengali ? Even he is a hardcore businessman. How come he is so romantic ?

What Mehta ? Mehta never shows him the right path. Mr. Best friend only helps him to get out of any situation.

I will sum it up in few sentences.

Basically jetha was asking why did babita marry iyer?She's fair and iyer is dark and upar se south indian. He's more interested in babita - iyer relationship is because he likes babita and still feels and will always feel that babita made a mistake by marrying iyer.And the reason is his complexion and his ethnicity.

This show stereotypes every language and culture.The makers have limited knowledge about every culture except gujarati and marathi cultures.

Anyways,I am wondering what did iyer see in babita that he fell in love with her?

Million dollar question👏😆I too am wondering the same.Babita mein aisa kya hai that this guy is so madly in love with her?😆Why is it so hard for Mr.Scientist to realize that she loves only his money and not him.Aaj ka episode dekhke toh yeh prove ho gaya.

Even I want to know why a scientist of such repute, a hardworking man like Iyyer who belongs to a small village in south India but so successful fell in love with Babita. We have seen Iyyer doing even the household jobs to keep her happy. What has she done aapart from making some coffee for him ?

I liked Daya when she said that Jetha's love for her is important and more precious to her. Love should be like that only.

Did you all see how Iyer and Babita were dancing ? There was atleast 2 feet distance between them.

I have never seen them holding hands even once. It's only when they dance they touch each other reluctantly 😆

Even when she gets excited she never hugs him.

I too noticed that.Probably munmun and tanuj are not having good rapport with each other in real life.They always look uncomfortable with each other.
