The actual problem of Jetha is that he is INSECURE when it comes to Babita.
He likes her a lot and also somewhere aware of the fact that even if he would meet babita before both of their marriage he could never marry her as Babita is too stylish for him and she wanted a husband who is rich, at the same time stylish when it comes to his behaviour in front of the society where she can hang out with him as a trophy husband and same goes for iyer,a scientist would always want a highly qualified wife they have not shown babita's educational history but she can also be treated as a trophy wife in front of the society.Such relationships do exist in our society .They are like adjusted marriages.
Jetha though would never accept this thing openly but has this idea so he feels ok to flirt with her where Babita warmly allows but in recent episodes Iyer's stylish,westernized romantic ideas were highlighted as the track demanded- the way actually Babita demands from a relationship .
So in this case Jetha could not pin point at Iyer on his complexion(which is the only point Jetha feels is negative there is nothing else negative about him shown the couple is shown very sorted and freedom oriented)
Jetha was fuming in anger as for the first time he saw Babita actually happy with Iyer ,he could not show him less and flirt with Babita-"uska vat kisi cheez pe nahi pada tha".
Babita's thing was beyond his control so he became angry and that is his problem thus he was talking all rubbish.
