From a middle class person's point of view, buying a secondhand car would have been practical, but this is a fun show on TV. It is not reality. Yahan aisi scooter ka thoda aur mazaa aayega. I am sure CVs are going to build some tracks around the scooter. If he would have bought just a regular scooter, it would be no fun. So I don't think itna bhi bura hua.
