He is right because his anger was justified.Bagha had lot of work to do and it's not good to leave work and enjoy the day with ur girlfriend.Both of them could have gone in the evening also.

The reason I feel jetha is wrong because he himself takes lot of chuttis on many working days for sillier to sillier reasons.Even if there is a small problem in the society,he either goes late or doesn't go at all.Many times nattu kaka and bagha had to do all the work whereas jetha would be in the society.Recently,bagha and nattu kaka ad to come to the shop even on a sunday to clean the shop whereas jetha purposely didn't go.Not to forget,bagha and nattu kaka do the society's personal work too,whether it's searching for a chabi wala in the mid of the night or getting food from restaurant,finding a gadha, etc.I feel jetha should hire more employees.It's difficult for bagha to do all the work.If jetha would have hired more workers then it wouldn't have been a problem for him to grant leave to bagha.

But sabse zyada galti bawri ki hai.She just ignored jetha and told bagha to go with her.She shouldn't have come to the shop even after being repeatedly told not to come.

Why does bawari come at bagha's work place most the time. She can meet him outside work like normal people do.

They both wouldn't have gotten insulted if they booked the day off in advance and headed jethalal's previous warnings. No doubt champak will say jethalal is wrong and then bagha and bawari will commit the same mistake at a later episode.

Such small shops cannot afford more employees. Not to forget he never asked for Bagha. Bagha asked for the job. Despite of his dislike for Bagha and also that he needed no more employee he did give him a chance. Now you cannot expect more from a boss.

Also, he has been explaining this since Bawri madam came into limelight. To both Bagha and Nattu kaka he had urged over and over again that Bawri should not be entertained here but everytime they take it for granted.

Jetha also gave him money to run a small business of Rakhis during Rakshabandhan that too without interest.

Bagha no more cares about his job. He did a blunder with 50,000 ruppess Jetha gave. Also, Popat's phone was exchanged all thanks to him. Both chacha- bhatija orders food on their own and treat themselves in the name of sethji.

Its all Udhaiwala's mistake.

@ Ahmad: Exactly so. Employer aur employee ka comparison nahi ho sakta. Sabko yaha regularly salary milta hai par business me agar loss ho to koi uska bhar nahi lene wala. Wo sirf Jetha ka hi sar dard hai.Jyada se jyada bonus nahi milega but salary intact to deni padegi Jetha ko.

Kal JEtha Daya ko dukaan bulayega to kya sab mangenge ki hamari biwiyon ko yaha bulao ?

Dusri baat yaha ek ladki roz roz agar pyar ka izhar karne ke liye maindek ki tarah uchlegi to dukan ka discipline aur good will dono khatre me aajayega. Itni si baat ye teeno nahi samajte ?

Kal to Jetha ne teeno ki taraf se kaha ki ye dukaan hamari rozi roti hai. HUm teeno ka ghar chalta hai ise. Ye baat Nattu kaka ko Bawri ko samajhana chahiye tha. Wo to hua hi nahi upar se bagha had the audacity to step out of the shop to meet his gf. Are usko phone karke bhi to samjha sakta tha na ? Ya lunch time me baat kar aata.

Jetha is baar galat nahi hai par sab milke usse galat sabit kar denge. That is what I hate about Asit Modi.
