That's exactly happened with Imagine's Magnum Opus Ratan Ka Rishta - Swayamvar Season 3. (No way this is a magnum opus, here I tght it was comedy show with 16 clowns and one queen bee😆 )

The show has proved to be a huge disappointment on both the ratings chart and with the viewer's choice (😲 but I tght with all the product placement and guest stars it was sure hit, I was just going to buy some Dabur Amla oil 🤣). The Show featured Ratan Rajpoot as their face of swayamvar with 13 grooms (16 jokers to be exact, who wrote this? wrong facts 🤓) from different backgrounds to win the bride's heart.

It was expected that the show will not take a flying start due to the non-controversial background of the Celebrity Participant. ( but we got to see her many shades in this show from Crore ka Machine to "Shut up, Just Shut up😳)

But What Matters to Viewers that they should watch a good show - Were the makers successful in doing that ? (The numbers speak for themselves ⭐️)

Well, Ratan Ka Rishta became a sort of a Blunder in many aspects (you don't say😛 let's see🤔 ).

First the Contestants, who seem more normal than entertaining takes you on a Yawning spree Except One Shoaib Hansari who was eliminated quite earlier (shoib was a real court jester from day one with a foul mouth and real immature, spoiled, so I guess🤡) .

Meanwhile the grooms at Rakhi's swayamvar were not just entertaining but enjoyable too (rakhi rocks despite what anyone says at least she is what she is underneath all the plastic 😆) .

Next, was the torture of throwing so many celebrities one after another episode which acted as a speedbreaker ( you don't say *shakes head* ) . The focus was kept entirely on them rather than the Grooms themselves. (well duh)

If that wasn't enough Ratan Rapoot's meany attitude and her so called 'nakhras' couldn't help the show much. In trying hard to show off a personality of a head strong, confident, no-nonsense girl in the show, Ratan Rajpoot's persona ended up as the usual act on Reality Shows that seems more 'Plastic' than the substance itself (wait did Ratan get a nose job that I missed 😲 oh you mean the show and she came across as fake, acha I see 😛) .

The choice of the Host kept dwindling throughout. In Starting episodes, We see the handsome Hiten Tejwani who had a tough time on smiling during the show (was he ever around 🤔). Then we saw Ram Kapoor first featuring as a celebrity guest and than as a Host. (well speaks volume that even the host was bored 🥱)

Even after all this, Nothing was tried new. The Celebrities promoted hair oil products and asking Ratan about her choice came across quite 'Dumb' for a reality show ( Dumb would be operative word here😆 ).

Last But not the Least, Shoaib Hansari's Comeback as a wild card entry couldn't heat the things up (you mean when Ratan said ppl will think this was done for TRP sake 😕🤣) .

Ratan Rajpoot will make her final choice at the Grand Finale episode on Sunday 3rd July 2011. In-spite of all this drama, which seems more comic rather authentic (of course it was a comic-fest, we had a ball 😆). We still like to wish Ratan Rajpoot and her chosen Groom the Very best of their lives ahead ! (well all the best to her and Fruitwala Lambu coz she sees her herself as Jaya and this is her Amithab)😳

Maybe coz the show was so boring, the overlooked some jokers 😆
