Dark Knight!
That's how you came charging in my life.
Dark mind, dark heart, dark intentions and deadly demeanour.
playing games with the hearts and minds of innocents.
using living humans as pawns for your elaborate game of chess.
dragging an innocent girl in your diabolical maze and turning her into reluctant white queen.
vengeance in heart and calm rage in mind.
War with no rules; no honour; no rights and no wrongs. .. And you waged it.
with no qualms or questions.
Your actions appalled me, horrified, scared and scarred. but YOU were fascinating.
A beautiful shade a stunning grey.
You could clearly see the line demarcating rights and wrongs. Moral and immoral. Athical and unethical.
And yet you crossed it wearing your 'Everything is fair in love and war' attitude on your knight's armour.
And then you saw light. Not because you had to because you CHOOSE to.
You made a choice to let your heart speak again.
The very heart which lost its voice under the crushing burden on your soul.
You made a choice to cross the line again. This time choosing to walk into the arena of your old mates... Honour, Commitment, Doing whatever it takes to set thing right, Facing the challenges head on like you always do.. with head held high and your sword at its sharpest.
Waging the war again. This time by the side of the girl you wronged in your quest for vengeance.
For her.
For your redemption.
Then you fell in love with her.
In your own words.. A love which has no destination.
Yet you loved. With all your heart. Your soul and all that you are. With all that you have.
No questions asked. No answers seeked. No conditions applied.
You would stand by your girl.
with her.
for her.
and sometimes against her when she casted slurs upon your love..
With no justifications given, no excuses made, no forgiveness asked.. Because for you your love is just that.. Pure Love and nothing else. and damned it anyone questions your love.
YOU define unconditional love.
Even if that very love tears you inside out and bleeds your very heart.. you will love with all your heart.
and when the time comes you will go to hell and back for that very love.
But that's not the only facet of yours that shines and sparkles.
It is YOU who shine the brightest.
One who can ask for forgiveness when you know you wronged someone.
One who can walk the path of redemption no matter how arduous the journey would be.
One who respects and loves ALL your relations the way they deserve to be loved and respected.
One who respects the boundaries and limits of all the relations.
One who loves with no questions asked and no expectations in return.
Yet one who can step his toe out of the line and embrace the dark if it suits your purpose.
Yes there are times when I wished you would do that.
you wouldn't do this.
you should act like that.
you shouldn't be like this...
But I still love you.
and you still hold a beautiful part of my heart.
Why?
Because you are YOU.
One who is terribly flawed.. Yet perfectly real.
and is a flawed perfection...
YOU are Sanskaar Maheshwari... The imperfectly perfect creation who will live on.. in my heart.
