This is my absolute favorite genre of fiction.
Be it it a book, movie or fanfiction this being sick and being taken care of is something I love reading/watching. In fact every time I find a new otp this is the first type of fanfic I look for and I'm incredibly happy you've written one.
Its always immensely touching to see two people in love, with one suporting and succoring the other at such a time of need, isn't it? And while its lovely to see a protective hubby caring for and indulging his wife; I also love to see the wife babying her indisposed hubby. 😳 Even the strongest of men become big babies when they are unwell---I have personal experience with my Hubby! 😆 😉
My favorite genre, favorite pair AND my favorite author. What a blissful combination.

Swara concern for her husband overpowering any sense of decorum that she is ready to wake up the old doctor at a most unholy hour. Of course she wanted him better right away.
Him, typical Sanskar, asking her to stay away from him lest she falls sick too.
Yeah, they always care for the other even more than themselves, no? True soulmates! 😳 I see SwaSan as passionately intertwined twin souls, who complete and complement each other, form a part of one seamless, complete whole. What troubles or ails one of them, inevitably causes the other so much distress and anguish! Swara would have done anything to ensure Sanskaar got better quickly...and Sanskaar, of course, was concerned that she shouldn't catch the infection from him, in her turn. 😳
And Sujata, I just love her. Her concern for both her son and his wife is so sweet. For her to trust someone other than herself to tend for her chora, the apple of her eye indeed, does not come easy. I like that part especially.
That's so true. Sujju has her limitations, but whatever said or done, she does love Sanskaar immensely. He really is the apple of her eye. I would like to think that she has become very fond of Swara, thought she might not perhaps want to admit that too freely! 😆 But her entrusting of Ssnskaar to Swara's assiduous care, and her obvious concern for Swara too (though she does attempt to put that in an offhand manner 😆), speak volumes about her love for both her son and her daughter in law. Though Swara was perhaps not the bahu she herself might have chosen, she has come to admire and love her son's choice. 😊
And you just had to incorporate Swara pulling off his vest somewhere didn't you! She has seen him in much much less as I hope I'd too someday☺️ (gutter mind activated😆)
