brutally. during MU track and Kavita track the man was trashed so badly that I stopped venturing in the main forum. I am all for constructive criticism but the man was torn apart.

Now Swara is hated.
and guess whose fans have to justify their stand and prove their loyalty and defend themselves from being accused of agendas and biases?

Swara and Sanskaar BOTH had their own share of bashing.
BOTH made mistakes.
BOTH were questioned.

but those who are 'hating' right now are the ones who are being called hater, basher, accused of spreading negativity, called rondhu, quitter, rudaalis wailing in the funeral and other colourful stuff.

And I never felt more unwelcome in the forum ever before.

or someone who loves Swara..

Saying this as someone who simply shares different opinions.

And I do not want to justify, defend and apologize for my views.
because I am NOT a hater.
I am simply someone who loved the characters for so long.. and couldn't help voicing my disappointment when they are acting out of character.

But here is my view on this issue:

Sanskar caused humiliation to swara, but never verbally abused her in public or at least I cant remember any such scene. I didn't like her going down to her knees either. He was being unnecessarily stubborn and rightfully criticized after a point. But because there was this unspoken respect they had for each it never got to a point of physical abuse. Sanskar's slap to swara was also shown as an unintentional mistake which he regretted and swara got very upset at that time. I really liked that about them. Especially considering the other couple had slapped each other. Swasan was different

If you say a sanskar's humiliation of swara = swara's slap to sanskar on a television show.

Then if you switch the gender the other way round

swara's humiliation of sanskar = sanskar's slap to swara on a television show (intentionally)?? will that be acceptable? He will probably be jailed after that.

For me as a rationalist it is just not ok. Swara is not in her right mental state at present. That is the only benefit of doubt I give her. But definitely the track didn't turn out as I expected so far and I hope it get better. Everyone's point of view would differ so this is mine.
