everything shown in all the segments today will happen before kidnapping...they still didn't shoot what will happen after kidnapping or where Sanskaar will take Swara..and according to law Swara can't take divorce as she is mentally unfit...with this reason Sanskaar can easily deny it...unless he become Mahaan and accept it...and also since it is not even a year they got married so they should get 6 month to improve their relation...
